Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Every time I order from this location, I am charged for dipping sauce, but never receive it. I called and asked to speak with the manager who assured me I would get my dollar back, and I after I let him know that I did not really care about the $.85. I just wanted him to instruct his crew to double check the orders before they are sent out. He hung up on me. Terribly rude. I won’t order from the store again. It’s not that difficult to double check an order and make sure the customer is getting what they paid for. And hanging up on a customer for simply giving feedback has to be the worst customer experience you can possibly give. This coming from someone with 22 years of experience in customer service and providing good customer service experiences. I’m eating my pizza with no garlic sauce now. Your “Manager” shouldn’t be a manager, and should consider a new career path. Maybe he learn a trade or...

I cannot tell you how absolutely delighted I am with my Pizza Hut experience tonight! I went with the massive pizza, breadsticks, and pasta box, oh my word it was so good! The pizza was delicious, like I know it’s Pizza Hut, but no for real it was really really good! The pasta was cooked well, the breadsticks were soft, I am extremely pleased! The ordering process was easy and the delivery took no time at all! Thank you guys so much, you did great! I will say this, if the “delivery charge” of nearly $6 doesn’t go to the drivers, where does it go? Maybe make that a little more prominent during the check out and not in the fine print AFTER placing the order to ensure your drivers are paid properly. I’m embarrassed to admit I only tipped a few bucks thinking it was compounded on top of the delivery charge. Dude, if you’re reading this, that’s my bad! Thanks again...

I visited Pizza Hunt on 4th St. North in St. Pete/ 24th Ave the day after Hurricane Helene. 9/27/24. Everyone had the same idea that I had ie to eat pizza after a storm! Lol I was there around 6:49pm and the entire crew from the cashier to kitchen and delivery staff were working hard that night with a lobby full of customers. The crew worked well and quickly together to complete orders. I had a special request order ie pan pizza to be cut in squares. I did not have to wait long. My pizza was prepared correctly and the taste was delicious! I really appreciated the business being open after a major storm. I appreciated everyone working so calmly, quickly and professionally.
