Today was Mercado’s first day open. We went there for dinner. The staff was beyond friendly. We chose to sit outside under the large tree on the high top tables. It had such a great feel. The restaurant was pretty full. We had the ceviche appetizer that was phenomenal. I had the shredded pork burrito that was so tasty. Ray had the plantain bowl and said it was really good. Once we found out it was their first day, we assumed there would be long waits for the food, etc., but we were pleasantly surprised. Service was very fast and they were also...
