I came in for a simple touch-up—just wanted to go a bit blonder. I chose this salon after doing my research and reading positive reviews. Right when I arrived, I let the stylist know that I have a very tender scalp and asked her to be gentle.

Unfortunately, that was ignored once we got to the wash bowl. She pulled and scraped through my hair roughly, never once asking if the pressure was okay. My scalp was sore during the appointment and still is now.

After the color, I told her I’d skip the styling and just leave with my hair wet—there was no way I was letting her continue after that. I brushed it out myself. I was shocked to be charged $255 for what was essentially a partial color with no styling, and I still tipped $30, which was more than I felt the service warranted.

I reached out to Maddy (the stylist) after the appointment to express my concerns and asked if she would consider refunding part of the cost. She responded politely but declined, saying her prices reflect her experience, products, and time, and that styling is always included. She added that she hoped to work with me again and offered package deals for future visits.

I left with a sore scalp, wet hair, and a large bill and no consideration for any moment back. Why would I ever...

Cassie is absolutely wonderful! I’ve seen her twice now and she has completely fixed my blonde. I tell her what I like and what I’m looking for and she’s able to understand exactly what my hair needs. Her experience shines through her work. She is very knowledgeable about the work she does. I trust her with my hair!

Be prepared to have a new friend, as you spend time in Cassie’s chair and get to know her, you’ll have a full appreciation for her heart and sense of humor. Any time spent in her chair will be filled with laughs and conversations about life. Meanwhile, she’s working magic on your hair. Best hair therapist I’ve ever had!!

I was initially under the impression that sliced bread, or the cordless impact driver were the best inventions of the 21st. century, UNTIL, Lucy cut my hair.....as a long haired biological male, sometimes called a gentleman depending on which continent you are on, I believe my opinion on haircuts is pretty solid.....Lucy doesn't play....she cuts with confidence, no unnecessary song and dance, courteous, prompt, efficient, and easy on the eyes. Thank you again lucy for your excellent service, truly a cut above....sorry for cheesy quote, but I am short on time.....I will be visiting this establishment in the future.....The only area they fell short in, is they did not have a fountain of youth...I took no offense, cant hit em all...
