I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at second worn. From the moment I walked in, the staff's attitude was appalling. One of the employees rolled their eyes when I asked for help finding a specific item, and another blatantly ignored me while chatting with a colleague who was smoking. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they responded with a curt and dismissive tone, making me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer.
To give you a more concrete example, I asked if they had any vintage jackets, and the response I received was, "If you can't find it yourself, then we probably don't have it," followed by a sarcastic smirk. Additionally, the cashier was equally rude, barely acknowledging my presence and tossing my items into a bag without any care.
The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and insulted. It's a shame because the shop itself has potential, but the rude service completely ruins the experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to be treated poorly by a short insecure little man and his...
Read moreNothing but 10/10 shopping experiences at this spot. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at second worn. I started selling, trading, and buying at their original location on the beach and now love the new DTSP location even more. The staff and owner are nothing short of the most welcoming, friendly, and informative people in the vintage space I have ever come across. Most of the other “vintage” shops in the area are too cluttered or have unapproachable staff who are anything but helpful or have a tiny way overpriced selection of inventory. Second worn truly has something for everyone here. I’ve spent as little as $10 and walked out as happy when I’ve gone and brought a whole group of people and dropped $xx,xxx. Their knowledge and care of the history of everything they sell is so impressive that it’s now the only place I recomend anyone who takes how they dress seriously to go to while they’re in town. If anyone hates on this place they are either swag-less or BROKE,...
