This location is trash, nevertheless the unprofessional staff at this location is a joke.. Stay far away but if you go record them with a spy cam staff behaviors, safety of food being delivered, how they assist disabled customers, and issues refunds.. Call and report to food regulations if need and save all police reports and phone calls placed by restaurant. Service is -30 slow service ,cold food not 0 atmosphere is -40 no help,food is -30 quality sucks and the staff making them... Out of 100% five guys is way better
Stop spending your money with restaurants that serve bad products with attitudes. Wonder why this brand is suffering look at corporate as well get your money back, not the food...
Update this store does not care about the customers me and my son will not be eating at any more Steak and Shakes I will come in and get the seasoning and toppings for free that I love so much on my burger or mix it with another restaurant creation.. tgi Friday kids burger endless fries and drinks way better. I did not get trespassed from the restaurant I wish not to have the law called on me and my son Olivia wanted us to leave soon as she gave me my food she told me the restaurant was closed and called the police on me and my son sitting. I am still seeking legal advice how to handle this I have the burden of proof with the police calls and receipts to prove that I paid for food while the business was open if the restaurant would have made hot fries with my burger I paid for I would not have to come back and eat within the restaurant.....did not car for the burger to get cold... But more so I did get my money back but that still does not account for the actions the staff member created that night while having my child with me once the police was called the staff crew ran out like they was watching a show, stop working an all...    Read moreNot a good experience. Never had poor food or service at Steak and Shake elsewhere. Friday September 27th arrived around 8:45pm and was seated just to listen to our waitress trashing another employee to a manager and then went even further and told other co-workers about it. Our food arrived late and the fries were cold the hamburger was burnt and later we ordered a shake that was already melted because the waitress was too busy goofing off with three young men who were there to visit an employee.The employee was I guess a cook dressed in white. When I came out of the restroom the Young man that worked there dressed in white was standing next to the booth where his friends were speaking a foreign language and the one that was on the clock in white had a fluorescent green pipe up to his mouth and was shocked to see me come out of the restroom. He quickly handed the pipe to his friend and went back behind the counter for a while. I described these people with the pipe as speaking a foreign language so hopefully the manager or the corporate office will know who they are and address this. I am not bashing foreigners here just using the language to describe them. If the waitress hadn't been so busy hanging out with these young men then are shakes and food would have been brought to us promptly. Not once did the waitress come back to our table to see how we were doing or ask how the food was. She only booked by quickly and put the check on the table so I had to raise my voice and tell her we're not done we would like a shake. The Shake took probably at least 10 minutes maybe 15 to be brought to our table and it was already melted. The chocolate had sunk to the bottom of the cup and it was disgusting. I walked out and my boyfriend waited at the counter by the register for at least 10 minutes to pay for the food because the manager and four other employees were discussing some kind of issues as to who was supposed to do what and didn't. When my boyfriend raised his voice and said is anyone going to take my money so I can pay for this the manager didn't even apologize.    Read moreThe red headed lady who works the drive-thru in the early morning hours is clearly drunk or on something, and it appears others even in just the last week alone have had similar experiences.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't even care about pot or whatever, but she talks over you, enters stuff you didn't ask for, and then complains she has to delete the order to change what needs to be corrected.
I am used to my entire order being wrong if I go in the morning, and after multiple corrections and sitting out front I do thankfully end up getting what I want.
The last and final time I went the lady couldn't figure out how to scan the app (or claimed she couldn't), apologized, and I offered to pay with a card. She offered to throw in a free drink, which she billed me for on the card, and it turns out she also billed me on the app too....
I spent nearly $25 on a meal and a shake, and was not given a receipt, but was given back a dollar bill and three quarters by said redheaded lady. (Don't even ask me, I don't know what the bill and change was meant to be for or to make up)
I called in, and spoke to a shift lead who handed me over to the General Manager, Kyle.
He acted a bit skeptical of my experience due to not having a receipt, even though I offered to provide a bank statement and knew the time that I visited by the minute, with the exact order details, which was billed twice in that same minute.
He eventually told me that he is not able to look up the order history (from less than twelve hours ago), but that if I came back by and said that I talked to him on the phone that I "could get a free meal or two or something". I did ask him if he could leave a note with my name or a voucher or something, but apparently there would be no need.
That's nice and all, but I know that when I swing by none of his employees will have a clue what I'm talking about, and it would not surprise me if some or all of his store is involved with over-billing and refunding to pocket money.
While I could probably call corporate and my bank to settle my $25 shake and burger, I felt like I am better off leaving a more detailed review on here since many others are in the same boat on a constant and...
