Five Below — Local services in Saint Petersburg

The manager working yesterday around 545pm is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Generally speaking, at any 5 below I’ve gone too, the customer service is 5 stars. This lady was dismissive and wasn’t empathetic to my situation. We made an online order around 1pm for 3 mini back packs which showed available when purchasing online. I drove 40 minutes to this location because it was the only one me who currently still had them in stock. I got there around 545pm to pick up my order and the lady at the register ended up getting the manager because she couldn’t find my order. The manager then approached me and said “ your order was rejected and immediately walked away without me being able to respond. When I got her attention again, she stated how would you like me to fulfill an order if we don’t have the product? Mind you, I explained I never got an email regarding it wasn’t fulfilled nor had the money come back into my account. There was no, sorry for the inconvenience of not receiving an email in which your order couldn’t be fulfilled, there wasn’t an explanation to why I wasn’t being shown a refund. I was immediately dismissed by her in the most unprofessional way. I do not live in this area however, if I did, I would never return to this location due to this lady. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I ended up having to call customer service to help...

The workers for the most part look miserable, and they don't want to help anybody. The older worker that works there is always glaring at people and rolls her eyes anytime some one walks into the store. There was this one time when I went in for a quick snack knew exactly what I wanted I knew they close in 15 minutes, the old lady kicked me out of the store and a mother-daughter duo who walked in same time as me saying their closed. I tried to explain to her just here for a quick thing she wouldn't even let me finish and locked us out the store still had time before it closed according to the window. I came to this store on Sunday, February 25 at 5:51 and was immediately told “we close in 5 minutes”. To the point that the person on the phone stated the employee was rude. And I stated “yes he is rude”. The employee decided to come outside and say “what’s about that is rude” and I said when customers come in you greet them. He stated he did greet me but my headphones were in. When I asked for his name, he walked off and said have a nice day. I don’t know what business this is. But you close at 6 pm, that was not 5 minutes to closing. If you can’t treat customers with respect, don’t open...
