This is one of the nicer local HG stores. Cleaner, better organized than Tyrone store. Staff put a damper on entire shopping trip. Met a client there for a quick refresh of a guest bedroom. Three shopping carts, plus misc accent furniture & mirrors, We spent over $1500 & couldn't get one person to help bring items to entrance after client and I both pulled vehicles to front of the store. Associate at register said she'd get someone to help load after we checked out and went to parking lot for vehicles. No one bothered to help! After my third trip back inside to bring merchandise outside to load, I politely asked a young, male associate to assist with a small 2 tier bookcase. He was chatting with girls at registers. No one was in line at registers. You'd have thought I'd asked the young man to walk that little bookcase to Miami with it strapped on his back with his foul attitude. He carried the bookcase outside, placed it on the ground in front of the open hatch to the vehicle and walked back inside, not uttering a word. Didn't bother asking where we'd like it placed, not one word. It was obvious we intended the bookcase to be placed INSIDE the vehicle (we left space just for the bookcase). If he were my employee and had treated one of our clients with such blatant disregard, I'd have fired him on the spot! I go to HG with a lot of our clients and after a 3 hour shop-a-thon with this particular client, what should have been remembered as a productive and pleasurable experience, was completely blemished by this final, lasting impression left by this one associate for not only myself, but...

1st visit. Safety precautions in place. I've been hearing how wonderful this store is and decided to go checkout the hype, wellllll where do I start? Open floor plan, end cap signage, aisle a bit narrow, an array of "stuff" I mean typical homewares you would find anywhere else but on high end budget. I enjoyed all the eye candy but my budget is not sweet on the prices although there were a few things i'd be interested in if i'd put off some other things, i.e. rent, electric,...

They had some nice things and fair price. Staff are very nice and super friendly. Had a minor incident on my last visit... Trying to Pull the small wooden chair and the massive amount of tiny ladder collapsed into my thumb and the 15lbs chairs got into my foot. Had no idea where they came from.. Was hurt really bad but I'm fine now.. They need to organize a little bit better next time to avoid another incident with other customers... Be back again....
