My kids like this place, and we hadn't been in a while. The people that worked there last time were really great. The lady working tonight however was not. My son and I were kind of stunned by it. Before we opened our mouths she was visibly angry. It was really awkward and we were perhaps overly polite for fear of triggering her, but it didn't matter. She raised her voice several times when taking our order, and was so hostile we were just confused. My son ordered a sandwich that came with x,y,z already on it, and he asked to add something (kind of scared at this point of her reaction). She was so exasperated she slammed her hands down on the counter and said that we had to read out what came with it, as 'she doesn't memorize the menu' (which we were happy to do of course, as her back is to the menu, but it wasn't really fair to be so mad that we also did not know the contents of the sandwich by heart. I kind of assumed if any of us would know what was in the sandwiches it would be her). This went on until the last minute of the transaction where she tutted and huffed and puffed when we ordered the accompanying drinks, slammed food into bags and at the end said almost sarcastically 'have a nice night'. The whole thing was really nuts. I get that you can't be happy all the time, and service to customers is hard, pay is bad etc. But it was a really horrible interaction where you felt like a villain for trying to buy stuff....

The black female who apparently hated her job as well as hates the people who come to order food as I asked for a fresher bread she said that’s all she has then slaps my tuna sandwich together after putting half a bottle of mayonnaise on it. When I went to Pay all I had was a 50$ dollar bill she said she did not have change, I left and got Change came back with a 20 then she said she could not give me any 1$ bills cause she needed them. As she turned around she went on the other counter and pulled out several 20’s 10’s 5’s and 1’s she had well over 100$ in change then she shorted your drawer because she obviously doesn’t care. This is a horrible place to eat and horrible staff who does not care about costumers or the quality of product they put out. I will never go back and will never tell anyone to eat there as well as put this message on every platform. ( I am not an angry ex employee! I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I took time out of my day to make sure that I can keep as many people from that...
Read moreJust moved to this area and was told this Subway was a good one..well when I got there on 12-19-19 around 740 sign on the door stated no bread, will be back icustomers...Pe! Well you had plenty of bread in the store as my husband and son also noticed..so we got in our Red truck(in case you want to see on video) does your store have video? If it does you would notice you had bread, and your employees were out back on phones talking...I understand taking a break..but have the courtesy to take turns on your breaks..most jobs they take turns..And then instead of waving us down when we were laving "since they both looked at us"......And maybe giving a legit reason for us to use our money there,,they continued on talking...How much business has this Subway loss due to this. Next Time hide the bread that is in clear sight of your customers...Publix ended up getting money we would have spent at Subway..by the way it was 5...
