TeBella Tea St. Pete — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Came in to buy some tea and was told that there was a 2 oz minimum which was fine and I opted to buy the tea cannisters. The server weighed my tea and showed me that 1 canister fit 2 ounces of tea, but the other 2 tea canisters only fit 1.5 ounces of loose tea. She then rang me up, charging me for the full 2 ounces of tea for all three canisters. I asked her what happened to the .5 ounces of tea that didn't fit into the other two canister since I was charged for it and she said "Well I guess I can put it in a bag for you", I was like "Yeah, I would like that". Considering that you are making me buy 2 ounces of tea, I want my full 2 ounces of tea. How many other customers don't catch this and the store is profiting off the fact that most of the very loose teas only fit 1.5 ounces in the tea canisters they talk you into buying. I just told my daughter. I loved the service, the decoration and vibe, the delicious and the most amazing iced coffee latte with lavender essence, and a beautiful place that is this one.

We were there as we enjoyed our coffee‘s and it was perfect. We also had a dirty chai latte and it was the first time I tried it and it was great.

Absolutely beautiful interior and very conducive to working. Having a baby I was worried that it was not appropriate to be there but everyone is in their own world, the room is spacious enough and the soft music zones out noises pretty well! So hence it is pretty welcoming to anyone! That said, I enjoy the ambiance very much and would have given 5 stars but 3 other factors are the price tag for things are more expensive than let’s say, a Starbucks Which I think is crazy ( but they do have a wide variety of teas) and unfortunately the staff are not the friendliest but other than that awesome beautiful spot to work and glad I found this gem.
