Wow their kitchen technic is nice to watch. The customer service is the worst. The girl answering the phone was yelling at people on phone who was placing orders. It seems she was angry & tired. I like egg in my rice with no peas and it annoyed her for me to ask her to omit the peas and add egg ( .75cents an egg) and no peas. She then began to match wits with me about the shrimp fried rice. I lowered my voice and explained that the separate order was for the shrimp fried rice. She began talking in her language “ni hae sha” to the others and they laughed. I recorded her and my friend speaks the language and she interpreted. Smh- Why oh, oh why do we still keep companies in business that lack customer service and are rude. My order was $21. Tell me how these guys only have 4 🌟?!? Just ordered lunch from you an hour ago and absolutely 💯 you blew me away. Best egg rolls we had in years. Not too greasey and packed full of pork and veggies. Shrimp lo mein was soooo good, not soggy and the general's chicken was actually spicy 😋. The pork fried rice was full of pork and veggies, not just rice like a lot of places. I'm a major fan of general's chicken but no one makes it spicy anymore so thank you for being so traditional. The staff was so friendly too and restaurant was nice and clean. This place is terrible. Ive been going therre for quite a while Yesterday i went in and the lady working wanted to argue with me over my order. It was nonstop with her. If this place keeps her i will never go back. The food was terrible when everytime in the past it was excellent. I want to speak with owner or manager and she told me owners neverrr come in and theres no manager. DO NOTTT GO HERE. Until someone teaches out to me il never go back i called after i left there ask when owner would be in she hung up on me then wouldnt answer when i called back.
