Wawa — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Management good & staff!!2... Kirsten always has a smile. In general wawa & team all good especially considering the fact that the non stop panhandlers that previously took over the outdoor tables, and front of store.Until the tables were removed....lol....A full time 7' bouncer could NOT keep the parasite$ away in the past.Much better NOW! Good move management!! Tables made it a little too comfortable 4 them ....wawa has #1 gas/convenience store concept in USA! Too all complaining about food NOT ready fast enough? It's fresh! If you want fast,NOT fresh,GO to 7-11!!...lol...soda area & restrooms messy? Remember this store does biggest volume in city limits of St.Pete! USA,especially florida & inhabitants are the biggest,fattest,laziest,ignorant pigs on the planet!...lol...If Floridiots...no matter where they are really from are too lazy to use a blinker or wipe their ass ,take off pajamas before they go out in public & pull their pants up if they make it that far...lol...and this place can be approached on foot,by bike,etc.then what do U expect? Until wawa came to this area the only game around was a dump up the block called"hess" ,now even dumpier and called speedway.Bad NON existent management,food,prices& a gay nazi named Don! That Jackass has made his way up US19 from one food service job to the next.abusing customers & employees..Lil ....unless U have NO knowledge of the area? Wawa is a paradise compared to all previous & present options in the area! FREE Wi-Fi! Only place I found that in a gas station was over in Europe! Most of the whiners in regards to service here .Would most likely NOT last a day there in any position at wawa! Most likely they've never worked in any high paced service job....Wawa is the "only" world class petrol station on US19 from 62ave.north(Wawa),until you cross the sunshine skyway and find another...

As a Rideshare driver I’m a regular Wawa Customer. I consider Wawa the best of gas stations but today I had a very bad experience in this Wawa #5148. I ordered a hamburger and fries. The store was not full. After waiting 15 minutes I asked to the people on the deli for an update but they ignored me. After 25 minutes waiting for my order I decided to cancel it and request my money back. The store manager was informed about this situation and he still took a long time to come to the register to reverse the transaction. When he came, he did it with an attitude, being very rude and never asked me about my experience. I still took the time to explain to him what happened and he just said that my money had been reimbursed and that I could leave the store. I felt completely discriminated and ignored at this store. I told this manager that I was going to report this situation to corporate because this is a very unlikely situation and experience for a Wawa. He said that he couldn’t care less and that I could say to corporate that his name was Johnny. If somebody from corporate is reading this review they can check the transaction # 11335928 at the Wawa store #5148. At 2:01 am today, I visited WaWa, a convenience store located at 3650 34th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713.

Upon entering the establishment, a staff member by the name of Michael, approached me stating: " You must ware a face mask, or you will have to leave." I replied by saying: "I have a medical condition, which prevents me from wearing a face mask, as this poses a health risk to me." Michael replied asking: "Then tell me what your medical condition is?" I responded stating: "Under ADA and HIPPA, I am not required to disclose my medical condition to anyone." He replies saying: "Then you must leave this store." I said: "You are in violation of my rights, by asking me what my medical condition is." He said: "I do not care about your medical condition, and now you must leave." I left the store as he requested.

WaWa has both audio, and video surveillance of this incident, that occurred today, August 5th, 2020, at 2:01 a.m.

There was one wittness: A female staff member, whom was mopping the floors near by, as the discussion unfolded between staff member Michael, and I.
