I would have given them 0 stars if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I brought my furniture brand new ($1,600+) and had a bunch of pieces missing. I should've just built it all myself. After being given the run around about simply just giving me the pieces that were missing, I was given two options: #1 come to the store and they will "help me the best they can with what they have" or #2 bring back the two pieces of furniture which was A KING SIDE BED AND VERY LARGE DRESSER. I rented a truck to move the furniture the first time which was over $100. They didn't even offer to have it moved back when it was their mistake. I've purchased furniture from many of there competitors like the one across the street America Freight Furniture and DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. I will be taking my money somewhere else. The General Manger Kevin Jones, saw me at the desk expressing my concern and he didn't even intervene until after I had been standing there for almost 20 minutes. I asked him for the number for corporate and of course he showed no desire in trying to figure out what was wrong at a store level (HIS STORE) but gave me the number without even asking what my concern was. Just plain poor customer service and NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLES...

This place is a gem! Yeah, sure there are alot of broken pieces that I dont see how anyone would buy but there is also a lot of gems there and some with no damage at all. I have been waiting for 8 months for my sofa to arrive and I saw the same sofa there even cheaper than what I paid at 20 percent off! I almost cancelled my purchase but it is due in any day and my salesman has been very patient with me calling so I hate to take away his sale! They have a buffet there that retails for 1,00o bucks for 350, actually about 8 of them. Some beat to hell and others with hairline cracks that are in in the mirror that would not show on back of the bottom. I wish I had not of thrown way my box for the one I just bought at home depot! Probably the nicest people to ever help my husband & I out while buying furniture. We didn’t feel like we were being watched like a hawk unlike the other furniture stores we had visited but there was someone always nearby to answer our questions. We bought a beautiful floor to ceiling lamp which adds so much character and ties everything together in our house for such a good price!
