This place is a JOKE!! I spent $30 for my "food," and it was just thrown into a bag. I ordered 2 Baconators that are supposed to be double meat and bacon. They gave me single burgers with one piece of bacon on it. They were literally as cold as an icicle. The fries were at least a day old and cold as well. They had NO chili, and the frosty machine was conveniently "broken down." That's code for they're too lazy to clean it. (Happens all the time) These people have ZERO customer service skills! It's really pathetic. When I first came inside, I was greeted with "yeah." I was given NO RECEIPT. (Owner should take note of that). Somebody's got slippery fingers. These people should be embarrassed by the way this restaurant is being run. No chili and no frostys. Why even bother being open! If I were the manager, I would have just closed the place down and told everyone to go home and stay home. When I brought the food back, I wasn't rude or disrespectful, but I sure was treated rudely. I just asked for my money back and I didn't want any food anymore. I really lost my appetite anyway. All I got was "Where's your receipt?" I said I never got one. She said that I would only get a refund for one baconator. I told her I was recording everything on videocamera, so she changed her tune real quick. Stay away from this location (34th St. Skyway area). There's a better Wendy's on Pasadena Ave. in S. Pasadena. They may not be perfect, but the people hustle and do their best to get the orders out. And they actually say, "Hello, and thank you." These people had no right to give attitude to me after the junk they threw in a bag and had the audacity to charge me over $30. Read moreLet me start by saying today is 11/1/2024 came here around 7:30pm, this is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! I don’t even care to write reviews for places but that’s how heated this place has me. The workers for one need to be trained or fired because the night staff crew is absolutely SLOW!!! I mean they just take there time and act like nothing needs to be done and look at you and don’t even acknowledge you! The girl who was preparing orders for door dash just looks at you and moves like a slow school bus and the red wig just made it worse!!! Nobody says anything I didn’t even know when the order was going to be ready and again all the orders that were on the counter she did not acknowledge who it was for or that they are working on my order. The workers act like they have never worked before and act like it’s their first time on the job! The kitchen floor was disgusting and the cooks literally move 1 mile an hour put something down in the fryer and then stand there and look at you like your dumb when they could be doing so much more like getting the orders out faster or cleaning the nasty floor, I would rather die then step foot in this place! because you will starve anyways because you ain’t getting your food and it wasn’t even busy!!! That’s what makes this place worse! a bunch of slow minded workers who don’t know what day it is or how to communicate running this place. Read moreLobby is always closed and employees are always distracted by each other’s conversations that it takes awhile for anyone to ask to take your order. When I get to the window they are loud and having a great old time instead of working to get orders out. It’s never crowded so I don’t understand why it takes so long to order and get your food…. Went to this Wendy’s for the new peppermint frosty that was supposed to come out on 11/14. Well after waiting at drive thru for 5 minutes of no one even acknowledging me. I said hello like 3 times then someone came on saying “we’re switching shifts hold on a moment” then me waiting 10 more minutes of nothing I left.. there were cars behind me that also drove away. I went back later that night and same thing it took forever for anyone to say anything and to my prevail on the day this new frosty was supposed to be out they didn’t even have it. I drove around and glanced in the drive thru window to see the guy with his back almost turned towards the window on his phone and not caring that he’s at his workplace.
