My experience at this Dunkin' is 9/10 times egregiously horrible. The employees here are extremely unprofessional — I've watched them scroll on their phones while there are customers, touch trash, their hair and/or faces, then proceed to make your coffee, without washing their hands, or at the very least wearing gloves, and obliviously have conversations with each other while there is a customer standing at the counter, waiting to have an order taken. I've ended up standing there for roughly ten minutes once, not a single employee bothering to simply glace my way and take my order. I thought maybe taking the time to place a mobile order would fix this ordeal, but it doesn't change anything in the slightest. After placing my order at home, I drove 20 minutes to the building, thinking it would be enough time for my order to be complete, but apparently it wasn't. When I got there, there was a long line of people standing against the wall, also waiting for their mobile orders to be complete. My order is almost always two very simple coffees, and still it was not complete by time I got there, along with numerous other customers' orders. They claim to aim for speed, but even when they achieve this, it comes at the cost quality. There were many instances where I would have an employee mess up my order or my coffee, and if you dare to confront them about it, they'll stare at you with wide eyes and a blank expression, before attempting to convince you that there is nothing wrong with what they have done. I have had a disgusting amount coffee grounds in my coffee, unfastened lids that cause me to spill the hot coffee all over my hand, lids with cracks in them, etc. I understand that mistakes do happen, and there is bound to be one or two, since I used to get coffee here on an almost daily basis, but when it comes to the point where there is nearly a mistake made every single time I'm getting my coffee, you know that it is an issue with the establishment. Some of the employees look downright miserable, doing their job with inattentive haste. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I would suggest going anywhere but here to get your service. There are many other, better places to go instead of...
Read moreBagels got smaller and prices went up. A couple of bites and it's gone. The cashier doesn't know which bagels are available and which aren't. Everyone working is just barely out of puberty and have other stuff on their minds besides customers. Since when has "I don't know" become an acceptable answer? Place is too noisy. Loud air circulation machine on. Can't even hear the fake Dunkin Radio show, which is probably a good thing. Who wants to hear cutesy hetero voices bantering that early? The donuts are dry and/or stale. The cashier takes them from the back. Those must be the old ones they're told to get rid of first. The baked goods probably come frozen from a warehouse in Wilkes-Barre. I doubt the crew there is capable of baking. Attention Manager: do not reply to me with a phone number requesting I call and speak to someone about these issues. Nothing ever comes of it. It's just another corporate ploy to look like you care, which you...
