Bait N Switch/False Advertising! We stopped here because of the sign of 2 large pan pizzas for $14.95 we placed our order for 4 pizzas with pepperoni. When we picked up the pizzas, the bill was for $38. I inquired how $14.95 times 2 equals $38. The old woman who took my order informed me that it was because we ordered them with pepperoni... Toppings are extra. I showed her the picture of their sign which placed no such stipulations. It just said "2 Large Pizzas". There was nothing about toppings being extra or that price was for cheese only. She then abruptly took my phone from my hand and swiftly disappeared around the corner. She returned with a very hyper owner. He proceeded to act very offended and rude towards my wife. I mentioned that when Pizza Hut advertises 2 Medium pizzas, toppings are always included. He the got huffy and called Pizza Huts pizza "crappy" and bragged about how good his pizzas are. (For reference, I posted a picture of their "superior" pizza.) It really looked pathetic! I travel the world and have had truly spectacular pizza... These pizzas would not qualify. We decided to drop it instead of getting into a fight with the owner over it. As we turned, the woman began making noises and mocking my wife for even questioning their prices or advertising. The food may be OK, but only of you can stomach their deception and attitudes. No such thing as "The customer's always right" at this restaurant. No apologies or "I'm sorry, I can see how that may be confusing." No graciousness or Customer service here. We won't even mention how the workers were behind the counters, tending to customers, while eating pizza...

My first experience here and because of the service will be my last!! We showed up at 2 on a Saturday, there was one other table seated besides my husband and I. Our server was older with glasses and in a complete rush only to find she was hurrying back to her cell phone at the table right behind us!!! She was so bad that she would quickly ask my husband and I if we needed anything while walking away before she finished the sentence and before we answered. We weren’t even done eating and she asked if she could get us anything else!!! When she brought the bill she said we needed to bring it to the cashier. Ok, sorry to interrupt you phone time. There was a problem with the tape on credit card machine so I was asked to return to my seat and the credit card receipt would be brought back to my table for me to leave a tip and sign. I had just put the pen in my hand to tip and sign and the waitress showed up and said I will take that when you’re ready and literally waited for me to tip and sign. The other waitress on duty had a mid drift shirt on, her back was exposed and so was her belly, she also sat at the table with our waitress looking at her phone. Floor was a mess, ladies bathroom was disgusting, employees on their phones not paying attention to us or the other table that came in. Food was pretty good, and as we walked out the smell from the pizza area was so amazing. I’m all about service and I’m easy as hell but will not return because of...

I love their Baked Clams my favorite you can't find them at many restaurants and they stunk from others places I did have them! They had Ribs as a special and I'm not a pork eater I tried a piece and it was a dry rub and delish not something they have often .. Chickem Anthony was good though im.a chicken parm nut .. granddaughter had a Italian hoagie with FF and she said it was the best hoagie she ever had .. she couldn't even finish and had it and her leftover FF the next day.. The calamari sadly was pretty tough both orders & that's the 1st time that's happened .. There Italian bread and an interesting Garlic bread was delish luckily we got there while they still had the garlic bread they run out fast .we had plenty of leftovers ..we asked our waitress if we could have our salads to go but they weren't packed up and I never got my baked potato that i forgot all about w my meal .. no biggie mistakes happen .. our waitress Ann was very nice and extremely busy but remained calm and kind .. Stopped in for a quick bite with my clan. We wanted a little lunch before the BBQ we were going to in a few hours. We had a deep dish pizza and the garlic knots. The knots were large, well cooked and smothered in enough garlic to frighten away any stray vampire. Loved them! The pan pizza was delicious and affordable too. The waitress was sweet. Restaurant is clean, but outdated. Needs some new carpeting and paint. One of my guys used the restroom and said it was one of the cleanest bathrooms he had ever seen. You should check it out. We'll be b ack!

Salad was a dog's breakfast. Server was terrible. No mask. Main woman at the incoming counter didn't even know how to wear her mask. Ashley did the work for two people while the bartender and the other servers were too busy eating their supper. The only thing that was good was our main dishes. They ran out of clams but yet the server still took an order for them. Margarita - didn't have a lime because they were out of that too. Scale 1-5 : 2.5 Johns in Greentown will see us more often before we ever come back here again.
