Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Salem

Amazinggggg! the food is great! And The tables inside are even open, and so Is the drive thru. I love that they put little things on each table to keep in check of social distancing and Covid-19 awareness. The prizes arent to bad too! Even the workers wear masks! Now here's some things I got in my experience, The bathrooms were locked so You needed to ask a employee (which isn't bad) their wasn't many people at all I was basically the only one there inside eating, And the tables inside had little signs insuring people this table was taken because of covid-19, So there was about 8 or more tables open, and about 4 tables closed due to mostly covid-19 and social distancing. The food wasn't bad at all it actually was good and not to mention but their fries are so good like Carl's jrs fries our my best, one of their soda machines were out of order, but the other one wasn't but it didn't have many options which is totally fine (and there was ice btw). They had a AC I believe, But if they don't its still cool inside which is good for when in need of escaping the summer heat. And I have a good lunch there nothing wrong just getting a hamburger that's all. (Over all good I defiantly suggest it if your hungry or just need a snack, food was good, customer service was good, and bathrooms weren't dirty at all, pricing is good, and taking their part is social distancing and wearing mask was being used well at Carl's jr. went thru drive thru ordered two 9piece star combos and while at the window the cashier which seemed new repeated my order and didnt say how many pieces but I didnt think it was a big deal then I paid and got my receipt and it showed 6piece so I mentioned it to the cashier and she let her manager know and the manager had a awful attitude and rudely yelled at the cashier "this why I told you to repeat the order" I tried explaining thru the window but she completely ignored me and the manager gave a very angry look which at that point I realized she was training the new cashier when the cashier started giving me my other food i had ordered I told her "to not worry about it cause i didnt want to cause trouble for her so we will just deal with the 6piece" she didnt say a word and looked very shaken. I then just drove off. the manager gave bad customer service and is a bully to the employees...

Well let's start with I didn't even get to order anything bcuz apparently they were closed. Every single light was on inside the restaurant & outside as well. Drive Thru signs were all completely lit up. No hours of Opperation posted ANYWHERE THAT I COULD SEE. & I had just watched a car drive way after getting their food through the drive thru. I was at the laundry mat in the same little parking lot I was starving so got in my car & drove over to the drive thru. Sat there for about 3-5 minutes before saying "um hello, are you there, are tou guys still open?" NO one responded & there were people inside working on top of it. Ok I get it you might be closed but they could've @ least said "sorry we're closed for the night!" Or shut the lights off for the drive thru sings. Ya know so people know that they are actually closed. You know the way every other fast food...
