Teriyaki Diner — Restaurant in Salem

Haven't tasted the food yet, but the service was not good. It's 100 degrees out and I came in with 4 kids and very pregnant. I ordered food to go and asked for waters to go as well. They went into some hidden cupboard and pulled out 1 cup that didn't fit the lids. After asking the other person again for cups for water to go (thinking maybe the first gentleman didn't understand English as well since I he didn't speak to a me) She did the same thing and gave me one cup. I specifically asked for cups that fit the lids, and she tells me they didn't have any, when I pointed out that they were just right there behind the counter they said they charge 50 cents for those. So cheap! I sure hope the food is good. The restaurant and bathroom was nice and clean, but that's just TERRIBLE customer service. I even tipped them already for a to go order, more than they would have charged me for the stupid cups......

This is the best teriyaki in town. Not only that but the portions of chicken and beef were generous, as was their wonderful rice. I love the teriyaki sauce they provide and dump it on the two scoops of rice. I am not a big rice fan, but this rice was so perfectly done, especially with their yummy teriyaki sauce. For the lunch special, which cost only $8, they serve a portion of stir fried chinese cabbage with a few shreds of carrot along with the rice and meat. Yum. the dining room is all ways so clean from top to bottom but the owner seems very cheep he waters down the sauces now and changes the Sriracha sauce to where it seems like your eating some other sauce the cashier is very nice though all ways smiling it seem ever since the remodel the food had go-tin a lot cheaper about the real foods like all ways the goyza which is just {pot stickers} taste awesome and so do there rice and egg rolls and sweet n sour chicken the only thin on the menu i would not get is there L4 which is a chicken bowel it use to be really good now its...
