UPDATE: I WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS "RESTAURANT" AGAIN

My previous review is great and I have eaten here many times. Today was the last time and I will make sure I let you know why:

I decided to get my entire family food here, as my wife had just come back from Europe and wanted to have this, as Europe does not have much for Mexican food. I ordered over $50 worth of food and even tippe . My kids were excited even, as they would get to spend time with their mother on her lunch break at work after not seeing her for WEEKS! I was handed my food or so I thought, and I drove away. To my shock and surprise as I arrived at my destination I was missing half my order My kids and I did not get our food and did not eat. I instead had to take my kids to get something else and they did not get to see their mother today. You had 1 job to do and couldn't even do i . There is no excuse for such incompetence and you ruined my day and I will tell everyone I know just how much you care about the level of your service and attention to your one job i wont even go back for my refund as you have wasted enough of my time. Good luck staying in business selling food you dont even provide. Worthless!

great place for quick lunch when I am at work. Food is always fresh and delicious. Only minor annoyance is the speaker at the drive thru. I'm sure the staff feel the same way. It is hard for them to hear your order probably because it's so close to the road and low quality. This however does not affect my review and only...

I come here frequently since I live close, and most days I have too much going on to make food at home, let me start by saying that I never have had any issues with the food or the customer service. Until today. I went through the drive through and placed my usual order I asked for 6 green sauces all together and that I had no problems paying for the extras, I got my order it had only the first 2 sauces so I double check the receipt to see if I had in fact been charged, I had. No problem what so ever, I work in food and I also know that sometimes we have bad days and it's not always so easy to leave that at the door or with the last customer, but I did however want my sauce so I parked and went in and the cashier who I had given my order to and already dealt with some of her attitude came around the counter and asked what I wanted and I asked for the other four sauces to which she very angrily reached into the jar of sauces and threw two huge handfuls into my bag, first off she was squeezing them so tight a few busted in her hands. Not the way you treat a customer who is simply asking for what they paid for, then I get home and I open up my burrito and it's not even what I ordered. I probably won't be back to...

Ordered food through Uber Eats. They completely messed up our order, made the wrong types of burritos and tried to blame it on the driver “switching the bags”. Even thought there were other items in the bag specific to our order. I tried to call again to see if they could refund me and the woman who answered (8:30pm 11/1) berated me and kept speaking over me, telling me I needed to listen to her and not letting me get a word out. From there she told me there was nothing she could do and that I would need to go through the app. While I understand that there is a third party involved and it complicates the refund process, the way I was spoken to was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
