Cocca's Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

First time ordering from here personally and I was not impressed.

I ordered doordash and they never confirmed the order. My dasher Lynn was very nice and updated me. It showed up nice and warm and smelled good.

It smelled good and was edible. Basic meh pizza. The crust was ok but not great. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a premade crust they slap out. I personally think it needed more cheese. Sauce was good, and there was a good amount... not too much or too little. Price was the big one to me. $20 for this garbage? (Half sheet with pepperoni) That's crazy in my mind. I've had way better for roughly the same. Actually a whole tray for that price that way better.

My girlfriend lives in Salem. She told me to avoid this place, i should have listened. I love pizza, especially square cut pizza. I'm from south of Pittsburgh and there's a bunch of great pizza places all over. Pizza in Salem in general I've found to be pretty slacking....

We have ordered a lot of pizza from here since they went in here! And today tried to order, and got told that they can no longer take our order due to so many issues! Well maybe if they could get a order right! Have gotten someone else’s order, cold greedy food, pizza that looks like it was thrown around! The order completely messed up! Forgotten drinks, forgotten salad dressing. So many things, and they tell us today they can no longer serve us! I will be telling everyone and anyone to not order this pizza. Because if your the ones messing stuff up, it shouldn’t be my issue!!! Not to mention I hope you have like 3 hours to wait on your delivery, they say 45 min to a hour, but in reality it’s more like 2-3 hours. Poor...

After ordering wings that were SUPPOSED to be Jumbo, and paying almost $20.00 for those 10 wings, my husband got to work and only had 8 (not jumbo) wings. He called them and told them and they Did offer to bring the missing wings to our home- however he was at work ( out of town). He said just give me the credit and I’ll get them another time.. nope. We don’t do credit. Really? YOU mess up and can’t give credit for YOUR mistake? With what you are changing you would think you would care about fixing your shortages. That’s a shame because he was a Very regular customer but this was the last mistake for him. ( NOT the first problem...
