Starbucks — Restaurant in Salem

**edit, changing to three stars from one due to the very nice girl who knows me by name, is always so friendly, and consistently makes my coffee flawlessly.

Everytime I go - getting the same $7 drink. Nitro Cold Brew, shot of espresso, in a Venti cup with 3/4 sweet cream. Everytime getting same amount in the cup, 3/4 of the Venti cup since getting the espresso and 3/4 cream added. Today the girls gave me half of what I get everyday, and argued this was correct. "2nd line is correct for grande"

Considering I go so often and get the same drink. That's hardly true. Yes correct if not getting the espresso added and 3/4 cream which brings it to the 3rd line. Libs is right down the road and provides consistency. The arguing and trying to pretend I'm stuipid when I get it so often, is disgusting service. Received refund and went elsewhere.

Regular customer here, as a long time supporter and customer at starbucks, out of every location i’ve visited or ordered from, I can confidently say that i’ve had the privilege to experience the most outstanding and efficient service at the Salem location. Every single team member and manager is considerate, quick, and effective to their guests and working together to ensure an authentic and fulfilling experience every single time. I’ve never had a problem with this location despite other stores lacking the small details. The store is always clean, stocked, and prepared for service for starbie lovers like myself. I’ve gone to starbucks locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and countless other parts of the states and this store really sets an unbelievable bar and record. Nice location and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Starbucks is overpriced coffee and drinks.

They do everything they can to make their drinks cheaper, while still charging exuberant prices. They put less cream or sugar in their regular drip coffees, so you will buy their overpriced creamy and sugary drinks that actyally have more ice in the cup than actual drink.

Starbucks used to have creamers and sweeteners available for you to make coffee how you like it. I guess they figure it was costing them too much money. I mean gas stations even have cream and sugar available to...
