I've waited awhile to give this review. But I can't forgive this location any longer. It is the worst. Delivery consistently takes an hour and a half minimum regardless of what day and time I order. That's fine. I can be patient, but it is obnoxious. They have messed up my order twice now, first time they corrected it and made it right, so I was fine with it. The order before this most recent one was wrong though and no one would answer the phones for me to try to get it corrected. I called 5+ times. Brushed it off and let it go since I couldn't get ahold of them. But this most recent order today was straw that broke the camels back...My husband went in to pickup our almost $50 order. They won't take $50 bills at this location, which is what my husband took to pay. How does the store not have $10-$15 of change in the til to accept a $50 for a larger order? If my order was $80, would they still need me to go in with all small bills, since they supposedly "don't take $50 bills"? Odd, but ok. So my husband calls me from the store and asks me to call in and pay for the order since they won't accept his money there and the lady behind the counter says "she can't call, our phones don't work", to which my husband replied "are you freaking kidding me?!". Valid response. This IS a place of business after all, which should have working telephones. Her response to his reaction was "I can just cancel your order if you're going to be like that". Like what Domino's lady?!?!...like an upset customer who is genuinely confused how you're store is operational if you are making it this difficult to accept legal tender or allow customers to contact your store?! Needless to say, I ended up having to give my husband the card numbers over the phone for him to pay in person, which is sketchy but he said he was the one typing them in himself. Of all the ways the store can accept payment though, this seems like the worst way. I could have stolen a credit card and fed him the numbers for all they know, but I guess that doesn't matter to the managers/franchise owner at this spot. This will be our last time ordering from this location. For all the rest of you still giving them your business, may the odds be ever in your favor...
Read moreUsually I would give this store 5 stars, almost all the employees who take our order when my wife calls are courteous and identify themselves. We order from here a ton. However, tonight when she called and ordered the young man who answered the phone did not identify himself and had a rude tone, my wife orders me the large specialty pizza, chicken bacon ranch, and every time she orders it they will apply a 15.99 coupon no questions, tonight however, this rude young man charged her full price and when she questioned him about the price and how they always apply the coupon he said" we are not allowed to do that so if they did it was just to help you out", however, if you look at our order history this same coupon has been applied EVERYTIME, so I am going to assume that every other employee and mind you there have been many, wanted to help "her out" but this young man did not want to. He was rude even when hanging up from the order, irritated sounding that she dare ask about this coupon. I guess that means we will stop ordering altogether from here. There is no reason why he shouldn't have identified himself or been so rude in his tone with my wife when she asked about the coupon. It's sad really, we used to love this store and our order history...

I tried to place an order via the app, it says I need to call the store instead. Okay, no big deal. I call the store and place the order. The person on the phone tells me it’ll be done in 19-25 minutes. I wait about 25 and head down, 7 minute drive to the store. I show up and they tell me it’ll be done in 15 minutes. I ask why and they said a big order came in. Okay, whatever, I understand. I go outside, wait another 18 minutes, go back in and get told “just another 3 minutes, it’s coming out of the oven now.”
I finally get the order, they try to offer me some free soda, I don’t want that. I get in the car and drive home. I go to have a slice finally, almost a hour after I placed the order, and it’s the WRONG SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. Like what a freaking LET DOWN! I know the lady repeated the correct sauce back to me, I check the receipt and it’s the correct one on there too.
To make it worse, the receipt says it should have been done about 50 minutes after I placed the order. So I have no idea why the woman on the phone told me “19-25 minutes.”
TLDR; an hour wasted to get the wrong order. I will NEVER come back to this...
