Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

February 21, 2025- done giving them my money and any more chances to play with my food! They handed me over another grilled cheese where the cheese wasn't melted and the bread wasn't Toasted. I went back in this time to have them remake it. The manager was in this time and he remade it himself and it's more than clear that he doesn't know how to properly make it either. He put the bread slices in the toaster with the cheese exposed this time slightly burning the cheese...because he did it this way- the bread was not Toasted. He was more concerned about melting the cheese than making it the proper way. At that point I asked for my money back. Food costs too much to play around with people's money to hand garbage! I will not be coming back to this location.

January 7, 2025: This new crew doesn't give a crap about anything. I just ordered a grilled cheese and this is what they gave me....waste of my money. If I wanted a cheese sandwich, that's what I would have asked for. This is now the second time this has happened. I was running late, so I wasn't able to turn around to have them make this right. DO BETTER- DO MUCH BETTER. I was only able to eat the bread because the cheese was like rubber. They're so pressed about pushing the drive thru line in a hurry that you don't even get quality anymore. Stoppee getting the coffee here 3 years because it's always tastes horrible and now they're playing around with...

I always order online here and it's always ready on-time and correctly. UPDATE: The past 2 times I've ordered here on the app they've been out of what I ordered. They need to remove things from the app if they're out of them. Additionally, I asked for a refund in person to ensure I got my money back, and they were very rude about it and told me next time I need to get it done on the app. Well, the app only refunds points it does not give you your money back. Another Dunkin location refunded me in person with no problems and was very kind about it. I felt really uncomfortable here and I feel like nobody should never feel uncomfortable as the customer. Keep in mind I was very nice about all of this, no Karen behavior or anything (I also work in customer service so I know what it's like). Probably won't be back to...

Ordering from here is like Russian roulette: you never know what you will get. Sometimes ingredients will be out of stock, sometimes (most times) your drink will be made wrong, sometimes you’ll get a horrendous attitude from the employees for no reason. Sometimes your drink will be made so disgusting it’s undrinkable and you have no choice but to go back and ask for it to be remade, and if that happens may the force be with you because the attitude you’re about to catch from the employees will be MASSIVE. Idk what’s wrong with this location or why the employees here are so angry all the time, but this is the absolute worst dunks I’ve ever been to.
