T. Tires — Local services in Salem

I very rarely leave reviews these days. I either need to have an exceptional experience, or an exceptionally terrible experience. T's took care of me the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I hit a median/curb designed to separate a bike lane from the car lane in Cambridge and it wrecked my tire. This was some time around midnight Friday into Saturday. Luckily I had a donut and was able to get back to Salem no problem. I'm a delivery driver and I can't risk driving around on a donut all day, so I needed to get it changed. Not only that, but I needed it changed quick so I could get back to work. Every place I contact tells me they can "maybe get to it today", but can't give me any kind of time frame. So I decided to take the 45 second drive up the street to T's. He had me, an unannounced customer, in and out in less than 15 minutes. He had other work ahead of me too, his time management is on point. He could have kept me waiting while he finishes a 90 minute job, but instead expedited my service. For as long as I live in Mass, T's in Salem will be my go to tire repair shop. Thanks guys!

Edit: I actually forgot I posted this review! T’s has bailed me out three times since my last review, same day in and out in under an hour. My wheel was banged up from a pothole and it wasn’t keeping air. $25 for them to repair it, as was the tire plug I got there the time before. Thanks again guys, you guys...

Bought a car from a dealership the dealership sent it to t's for a safety inspection they may know tires but somehow missed all these parts that were out right broken. Struts, sway bars, sway links, shocks, tie rods, alignment, evap leak, leaking transmission, oils leaks, cv joints. So i had one hell of a shock when i took it to my mechanic. Dealership helped me out and replaced the car outright the next vehicle was also sent to T's for another safety inspection guy swears he went all over it the car is amazing he says less than 24 hours later its now sat in the T station parking garage with a bone dry transmission less than half the oil its supposed to have which aint never been changed tho ts said they did. How the hell do yall have a 4.7 rating...

I dropped off my vehicle at about noon, the person who seemed to be the proprietor took my keys said to come back at 2. I show up at about 145 with the business seemingly empty. I go around the back to find what presume to be another worker of the establishment. This particular guy doesn’t seem to speak a lot of English he tells me that the atm machine is down but assures me the car was worked on, he tells me to give him eighty cash, I received no receipt. As I drive off I find my car still pulling me to the right so I go to a guy I know I receive a second opinion he tells me my alignment wasn’t even done. It is only natural for me to assume I have been robbed at this point for eighty dollars the proprietor has also...
