Starbucks — Restaurant in Salem

I am a 9 year long customer of Starbucks and normally the service is great and I have been a huge fan of what Starbucks has to offer, however it has become so overpriced that it is no longer feasible to continue to go there. Not to mention the quality of food and drink has gone way down and it feels silly to get a $6 drink to have it be made wrong or to not be satisfied with it. I bought a yogurt there today and to have something like this happen (see picture) makes me very unhappy as I am paying $5 for a yogurt that looks like this and barely has anything in it. This Starbucks leaves the drive thru screens on all night at the highest brightness possible making unsuspecting to be customers to be tricked into thinking it is open. Just turn it off for theirs, the residents who live across from this location, and the environments sake. It is so pointless, how hard is it to make a lcd screen turn off for the night? The food I ordered and drink were great however, it’s so hard to enjoy these things and do work here because of how ridiculously cold it is inside. The two times I’ve gone, it’s been literally colder inside than outside. I’m talking it’s been 45 degrees outside and inside is wayyy colder. As a student looking for a close spot to study this is so frustrating. It’s unbearably cold. I thought maybe it was just me, but then I heard the people next to me saying the same exact thing.
