Do not go to this dutch on tuesdays or on your birthday ! HORRIBLE customer service and bad attitudes from this dude not to be rude but kinda bald with like three pieces of hair. So I just turned 15 today 4/4 and went there and was like it is mt birthday and proved it with my social media accounts and that bald dude with three pieces of hair on his head was like " I'm sorry we can't accept any social media accounts or anything on your phone as prove all we accept are a birth certificate . " like what kind of 15 year olds bring birth certificate around them every day I even told him that .he was like oh then bring your parents well I mean my parents are at work and they are busy and don't have time to take me to Dutch and bring a birth certificate so I walked 30 min there even if they aren't at work they don't carry my birth certificate around everyday so I walked away for a min and came back and found my birthday on student vue and the teenager guy was nicer and gave me Dutch but still didn't include a lollipop for Dutch like most Dutch do ! I do not recommend this dutch for birthdays or on tuesdays because of the rude attitude I would Much recommend the one by Fred Meyers with way better attitudes and won't ask you for a birth certificate for your birthday cause I don't think anyone Carrys their births certificate around every day. And I mean maybe that bald dude with three pieces of hair on his head is racest and didn't want to give me birthday dutch because I'm chinese . Def might not come back next time I'm going to the one by Fred Meyers people always smiling and good attitudes. I went to the Dutch by Fred Meyers and asked them if they need any prove for birthdays and they said if I have a id or social media account for prove it's fine completely opposite of what the one here said. I showed them my student vue account for my high school they where fine with that and told them the horribe expierence at the one down town and found out the bald dude was a regional manager for dutch bros ๐ I found that hilarious. Also if you guys only accept birth certificates please tell your employees that ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ Because I just got a free birthday dutch when I showed your employee my student vue account when I tried to walk home and was like I'll talk to the other worker and show them my student vue . Went here many times to get dutch but never going to come back. Walked all around to different dutch to review customer service this one was the worst. Almost made me walk 30 minutes here for nothing and almost ruined my day and wasted my time walking here. How many times have I complained oh my gosh ? Just please don't come here if you don't have a birth certificate because they don't accept any proven social media or as the manager says they only "accept" birth certificates and nothing else . And don't come if you don't want to deal with people with...
ย ย ย Read moreI was very disappointed this morning with Dutch brothers staff. I usually pay with a debit card but was low on funds in my bank account. They usually provide such great customer service and I have never had any issues with them, until today.. I only had cash to use and was not aware they only take debit. I was going to treat my son with his favorite drink for helping me around the house and helping move some heavy furniture. I went to pay and she informed me she can't take cash. I asked her why and she said she didn't know but was told by headquarters that she couldn't. She yelled to her co-worker not to make the drink. My son was embarrassed and I told her I only had cash. She told me to go to Starbucks instead. My son doesn't like Starbucks and they don't have as many kid friendly drinks there. I looked at her in shock and asked her if I can have the drink this one time for not knowing. They give out free drinks on birthdays so I thought this one time would not be an issue. She said no she couldn't. She was not very friendly at this point and just wanted me to move along. I have never met anyone there so non empathetic. I know she was just doing her job but she could have been more sincere about it. I was suprised she told me to go to their competitor. I will continue to go to Dutch, just not that one. I hope that staff learns to be kind. It would have been nice if she just would have said, I am so sorry but I can't. Instead of a rude flat out, "No, go to Starbucks down the street." Kindness goes a long way and so does speaking in a...

I pull up I try to order me and my son a hot chocolate and a bottle of water and they've got the Taylor Swift song blaring so loudly I could not understand what she was saying and she could not understand me so she went and turned down the music which I was grateful for and I was going to tip her but then she went away and this other little girl came to take my order and just kept singing and couldn't get my order right so between the lack of professionalism whether it's a Dutch Brothers or not and the music blaring so loudly that I had to feel like I was screaming and my five year old even had to talk loudly in the back seat to talk to me is not okay and that is why I did not tip them and do not feel like that was good customer service...
