Jamba — Restaurant in Salem

Me and my friend went to Jamba Juice and ordered two small smoothies, we had to wait an hour to get our smoothies. The workers made all the people behind us in line smoothies first, after an hour one of the workers asked us if we were waiting for something and we told them that we had been waiting an hour, she apologized and when she gave us our smoothies they were mediums, and she said that she gave us the mediums because of our long wait. Then she told me that she had accidentally messed up on my Caribbean passion and put mangoes in it instead of peaches, I tried it and it was. So we went back in the store, and if we ask the manager for one Caribbean passion, she asked us if it was a medium, and my friend told her we originally ordered a small, but the other worker gave us a medium for the long wait. So the manager stomped off and very angrily made the smoothie, when she gave me my smoothie it was a small. Jamba Juice is generally great! I love their smoothies.

However, at this particular location today. I watched two customers kindly accept masks when the girl at the counter asked. The employee asked in a very rude and snarky tone. After, the two customers left the store a few of the employees at the counter preceded to speak poorly of the customers. I would just like to say, as an employee you represent your employer and should be respectful and mindful of how you speak of customers. Been a Jamba fan for a while and always had great service in clackamas, however a week ago I went in to see if I could buy a straw for my $12.99 cup and they said they don't sell them and don't have extras unless they get broken cups and said I could check back later... ok so I check back later and an employee says they don't do that and the extra straws if they had them are hidden in an office......wow, weak excuse... I'll not be returning to this location and When i'm in the Portland area next i'll just swing by the town center and get one there as I have done before... lame. left a comment on jamba's...
