Read moreI've been avoiding leaving a bad review but tonight was the last straw. I can't count the amount of times I've had to wait unnecessarily in the drive thru with no one in front of me just to be met with laughter at the order box like they just finished a comedy show. Or how many times my order has been so wrong that it borders not actually giving a damn what was ordered. McDonald's charges too much for extra sauces to not be given them. Fries that gave the texture and taste that should have been thrown out yesterday. I'm very polite even when I'm being treated rudely cause I don't ever want spit in my food. When I put in a mobile order and at the order box you verify it's a legitimate order and then I pull up to the window and you basically call me a liar that it's not an order yet I produce 3 valid proofs of purchase a valid order number KE43 and you still don't want to produce an order I already paid for, well that's just enraging. When you finally give me my order, the burger is wrong, the fries are horrendous, and you don't give me the sauces "I PAID FOR" for my nuggets! I'm more than pissed, damn near volatile, but I like my freedom. Even if your system is to blame, better customer service is absolutely needed at this location. I can't beging to calculate how much free money I have give by paying for items I did not receive, but I let it go cause we're human and make mistakes! I think this location enjoys pushing the limits of customers by screwing up simple orders so royaly that customers are too mad to return. Please prove me wrong! Either way I paid for an order and received maybe a 3rd of it tonight. It's not right, it's not ok, and it's...
Read moreI went through the drivethrough at 1:45pm on 7/20/24. I ordered a smoky blt qpc, 4 piece chicken nugget, and a large FRY. The person taking my order spoke broken english and misheard what I ordered. She never repeated the order back to me, and frankly, its not my job to make sure that my order is correct, I order what I want and expect to get what I ordered. I paid for my order but was never given a receipt. I went to the last window to get my food and the person handed me a sprite. I told her that I didn't order a sprite. She didn't understand what I was saying because she also spoke broken english. She told me to pull up and wait. Eventually, a lady with curly hair came out and told me that I ordered a sprite and that that is what I paid for and that she was paying attention when I was ordering. The person that took my order was not the person who brought my food out, so she was not "paying attention" when I was ordering. I know this because the lady that brought my food out spoke perfect english. She made no effort to rectify the situation and never once apologized. She said that if I wanted a large fry, I would have to get back in line and pay for it. She did not offer to refund the sprite. She was incredibly rude, and honestly, this was some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I'm dissapointed that Mcdonalds hires people that treat their customers like this and will be contacting the...
