Update: Went back today 02/01/24 and was acknowledged by the front of house staff who was friendly. They didn't have my order so she had to ring it in again and wait. Luckily it came out super fast and I was on my way. Glad to see some slight changes from the last time I visited. Sat January 20th at 10:15 pm. Went into the lobby late one night to pick up an order and there were 3 guests waiting, two waiting for pick ups and one sitting at a table all of them on their phones. There were no employees at the front at all. I waited patiently as it was apparent they were busy and from what I could see back of house and was a total disaster and still no one came out to greet me. Finally an employee came out, walked past me and delivered the man at the table his food and walked back past me to the back of house to drop more fries, I still waited and watched. Then another employee comes out of back of house and takes an oder out to the parking lot for a guest waiting that went through the drive through. I could tell this young employe was just trying to hurry and get this guest their food and she looked out of breath from the chaos. I felt completely invisible but understood this was hopefully not a typical night and continued to wait. It was raining, busy and the staff were doing their best to keep up. After about 15 mins I was finally asked by a competent young man in a yellow shirt, who seems to be helping every single other employee in the he back of house hold it together, the name on the order... he went to look for it while also multitasking multiple "fires" he was putting out and it looked like he was also training young members of staff. He finally came back to say they didn't have the order and he would have to re ring it in telling me that it would be the same order but have a different order number. I felt bad for every single employee in this store, they were all running around trying to make food as fast as they could while still motivating each other in what seemed to be a beyond "In the weeds" night. I understood from watching and being in food service myself for my lifetime that this is unfortunately becoming more and more of a common thing as these corporate giant companies CEO's and hire ups take massive salaries while having skeleton underpaid staff running around sweating trying to keep up with the demanding impossible time constraints of providing "FAST" food. Absolutely disgusting practice and I hope these employees find a better place to work. No one should have to put up with this! No one! My hope is that a Manager or General Manager or Regional Manager sees this and gives this team a raise or a reward for going through what looked like absolute hell the night I went to pick up food. Great work to this team, I don't know how you do it everyday and working in these conditions must be extremely difficult. To corporate ... If you are going to offer a lobby service late at night please hire another employee to be designated in the front of the house. Properly staff your stores so this does not happen again.    Read moreOK to start out with, i was coming back because the other day this restaurant made my food wrong and didn't put lettuce on my sandwich. I was upset, but was willing to ignore that. Stuff happens. And i asked the lady at the back window to make sure they put ketchup in my bag. NO KETCHUP when i got home and opened bag. Then when i was done eating my burger and fries, i went to grab some napkins out of my bag and there wasn't any of those either. Isn't it 1 napkin per bag per item? There was three items in that bag, so shouldn't there be three napkins? Anyways after wiping the fry grease off my hands i called and complained. They replace my order the next day. When i came back to get my order replaced, i gave them my receipt and they took it inside and then gave it back and said next window please. I pulled up to the front drive window and the lady there stuck a bag out the window and here here ya go, in a negative way, and that is all she said. I pulled around front and checked my sandwich, and they were made wrong again!!!! This time i brought the sandwhichs back into the store, with my receipt, and asked them to fix this problem. They made them correctly and gave me a free sandwich card i said thanks and took off. Now today i came in to use said free sandwich card. After i ordered my food i stood back so i could watch it be made. Before they started making my food, red flags were all ready starting to come up. The manager on table, bobby , was not using his tongs to take one single thing out of the uhc cabinate. No no. So i had to ask the cashier if i could request that he make my burger properly. She did and he understood. Then he washed his hands and changed his gloves, and then started to make my food, but not without MOCKING ME and mimicking the voice of a mentally handicapd person, " oh i hope i make this one right",. This has made me furious as a customer. If i had proof of that comment he made i would sue this restaurant. I have personally been a Mcdonalds manager for a time time and i very recently quit. I know first hand that almost none of the above behavior is acceptable in a Mcdonalds restaurant and i hope that i, nor any other customer has to deal with it again and that this situation and all its major problems...

Feb 2023: Just when I thought it might be safe to try again. Raw quarter pounder with cheese. Great job guys! You're doing really good! I'm glad I didn't get sick from it, just really grossed out and I show this to everyone I know.
Dec 2022. Even with newer managers and a fresh batch of teenagers working it will take at least 15 minutes to get any food. They ignore you at the counter for several minutes while they stand around talking near the drive through window. Woman manager is always stressed and everything is chaos when she's working. The cashier had a hard time counting back 58 cents change. Pretty sure they are cheating their times if you pay attention to their order screens. Place is a mess. Spend your money somewhere that deserves it.
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.
Update: As I work nearby I still stop by from time to time. It has not gotten any better. Its been this way for over a year now. A 30 minute lunch might not be enough time to get your food. Its usually not very hot. The people taking orders inside take too long. Sometimes you will stand at the counter for 5 minutes with the employees casually glancing at you until they come take your order. Everyone seems confused.
Update 4-30-22 The day time managers have changed a couple of times since my last update but its still not any better. This place has been run terribly for years now, it's on the owners at this point, they don't care. They ignore the customers, they ignore the lobby. No one really seems like they want to be here. The food just sucks. You can wait 15 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and small fry and it will be cold. I've often walked into the lobby to hear the staff screaming at eachother. Since Uber eats has become a thing it takes even longer to get your order as it seems like they prioritize that over...
