Only leaving one star cause of what I’m about to say. I’d quit working there despite appreciating the fact Nancy gave me a chance to work for her. I told her why I quit. Some of her workers at this location verbally told me to not tell her things. The day I interviewed, the same front manger said that Nancy isn’t ’lucid.’ That isn’t right for anybody to say. My first day training, the front manger smelt of weed (no words needed when something like that is pungent it’s OBVIOUS), days later the same front manger takes a break. Comes back into work, again is Stinky of weed. I don’t find working with people who blatantly undermine their Boss to be a honest working environment of which I want to work in. So I quit out of respect for the owner. I was honest with her about most of what I’d said accept the fact, I didn’t tell her they told me she isn’t lucid. I wasn’t trying to introvertedly tell her she isn’t lucid, when it had came from her own employees mouth the day I interviewed. Why relay negative? All that should show it isn’t a good place to work. Completely Unprofessional. If that front manager worked in my previous work places being as pungent as she is sometimes, she would’ve been fired. Employees undermining their boss, would’ve been fired. I have always been honest with Nancy. The food is great, she deserves better from her employees that work at that property especially from Felisha (her front manager). I have worked most of my life. Nor have I ever been one to indulge gossip in the work places or in normal life and I’m honest. When I was working at Nancy’s most of my shifts besides just one shift, myself and others honestly could over hear Felisha speaking ill of others. Again Every single shift I’d worked accept my last shift. I would always mind my own business and was honest even with Felisha about the fact I had admitted to somebody else there, about her being pungent. That same co worker even knows, if I had been pungent myself, I’d be like “dang I stink.” Yet, that wasn’t the case. I am professional when I work and honest and can admit I said the word pungent. Honesty isn’t gossip. There is such thing as constructive criticism within the workplace. Felisha has a lot of nerve speaking ill of others constantly within the workplace yet, no accountability regarding her own actions. She admitted to me in texts that she smoked weed on a break at work which I DIDNT EVEN KNOW TIL SHE HAD TEXTED IT TO ME. Hypocritical much? The owner knows I’m honest yet assumed wrong. Why I’ve been honest here. I have always been honest with nancy. Felisha speaks ill of customers and co workers.
I’ve eaten since quitting at some of the other properties. They even agree Lancasters property has issues which means I’m not wrong. I’ve been honest this entire time. Not my bad.
I have only ever spoken the truth and never made accusations as the owner stated. Nancy you wouldn’t believe truth if it smacked you in your face. If this is you saving face, you’re doing it all wrong. Felisha admitted in texts she has smoked at your property, THATS TRUTH NOT a stupid accusation. I’ve done nothing only, other then speaking truth while I was there for a short time and since. Where is your self respect? Paying people whom lie to your face. You’re truly your own ‘problem.’
Truth is just truth. Not slander or accusations.
I’m not gonna lie nancy, just cause you’ve been lied to by others and I’ve NEVER LIED TO YOU. Look at your cameras?
Afew of them besides Felisha had said to not tell you stuff. So, I’m not surprised that they LIE to your face. I’ve only ever been honest with you. Honesty and truth isn’t an accusation. Truth is just truth not at accusation. Even other businesses acknowledge that nancy Jo’s Lancaster property lacks professional workers. None of my words have been negative, just being honest always.
Nancy is getting lied too. Her bad...

Read moreOnly open when they feel like it. Came to the store at 830, when the posted closing time is 9 and was rudely informed that it wasn't busy so they just decided to shut down early. Pretty poor business model and I wont be returning anytime soon since I have no way of knowing what their actual hours are. Not to mention in the time it took to write this review, 4 other cars have pulled up and had to go elsewhere.
Update: I decided to give this location another try. I ordered online to make sure they'd be open and this time they forgot one of the burgers. I suppose I should have checked the order before I left, but never had to do this at Nancy's before. I found out that they require you to bring the entire order back to replace something they forgot. They also will not replace anything but the missing item. So after a 30 minute round trip plus waiting for them to replace the burger, I ended up with 1 hot burger, 2 cold burgers ( mine was especially bad since I asked for grilled mushrooms, so both buns were completely soggy), cold greasy limp fries, and 3 melted shakes. I wasted $40 on this and absolutely wont make this mistake again. Fool me twice and all that. I will not visit location ever again and as a result will probably not frequent any Nancy's for quite some time in the future. Zero stars if that...
