Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

I paid $16.00 for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni as I'm waiting for my pizza a customer walks in and ask the employee if they still had $6.99 for two topping pizza so I asked the employee that rang me up why. Just paid $16 for a medium 1 topping pizza when you can get a two topping for $6.99 she said oh sorry I forgot the special she stood there staring at the register didn't even make eye contact with me or offer I don't no maybe a two topping medium pizza at no charge since I paid over double for my one topping medium pizza plus I had another medium pizza papas favorite I asked for pineapple on it which I paid extra for didn't get no pineapple on it i was already in my car at that time i said forget it i wont ever go there again...

Usually this location is our 'go-to' and we'd prefer to keep it that way, however, over the last month or so our pizzas have been made with less care and mistakes have been made. Our second to last time we got pizza, one topping was on the wrong side and that presented a compound issue, so I had to manually move all the little pieces over. Then, this last time we didn't get the "Extra" (double the topping) that we paid for and the pizza also had another fairly important mistake. Typically, I've never had issues with ordering from here. However, tonight, when we ordered our pizza, about 40min from me getting there, our pizza was not even made. They had to stop what they were doing to make our pizza. Not horrible but a bit annoying bc they had 45min to make it. Next time, I should hold off on tipping or not tipping as much as I did.
