As an Uber Eats driver, I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this Taco Bell. I had two pickups around 11:15 pm and 11:30 pm. The first order was handed to me through the drive-thru with no issue. When I returned for the second, I was told I had to park and come inside — despite the drive-thru being completely empty at that time of night. This forced me to exit onto a main road, make a U-turn, and waste several minutes unnecessarily.
When I parked, the main entrance doors were locked. As I was trying to figure out how to get in, the store manager happened to be outside smoking. I asked her directly why delivery drivers were being forced to come inside when the drive-thru was empty. Rather than explain the reasoning or even try to be polite, she immediately got defensive and dismissive, saying “It’s my store, my rules. If you don’t like it, too bad.” That was her exact attitude. She made no effort to be professional, respectful, or understanding, and instead acted as if she was being inconvenienced simply by me asking a fair question.
I eventually found another entrance on the other side of the building. When I got inside, the staff also brushed off my question about this supposed “policy” and ignored me as I waited for the food. Minutes later, the same manager walked back in and immediately came over, continuing to be hot-headed and argumentative instead of focusing on helping me get the order quickly. At that point, I just took the food once it was finally ready and left, ignoring her ongoing comments.
This entire experience was unprofessional, unnecessarily difficult, and disrespectful. Delivery drivers are working with your business, not against it. Policies like this — combined with staff and management who choose to be rude rather than professional — make people not want to service this location at all. Hopefully higher-level management sees this and takes it seriously, because this is not how a store...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would!! The entire staff is soo unprofessional and rude. They don’t care if they got your order wrong, If you have to wait extremely long for your order, or if you’ve placed an order and “they didn’t receive it”. The placing an online order or door dash and them saying they’ve never received it happens waaay more often then it should! At the drive thru they tell you no card only cash, probably so they can skim the drawers. The managers and workers are all friends so the managers don’t do anything when an issue happens. I’ve placed orders and have had items missing and reached out to corporate who in turn gave me a $5 coupon to use on my next experience…well tonight I went to go order cinnamon delights with that coupon and paid the remainder on the app. The app said they received my order but when I got to speaker they told me they didn’t get it, had the manager get on who barely spoke English and was extremely rude tell me she wasn’t making it even though I told her I would show my phone that the order had been paid for and was received. She told me to cancel the order but the app wouldn’t let me, and even if it did I was now going to lose the $5 off code because it was going to say already used. She basically said I don’t know what to tell you. Told them I was contacting corporate and she gave me a nasty attitude. They never provide salsa with any orders and the “dining room” isn’t stocked with salsa or cups or cup lids and when you ask for any they ignore you or are rude. They all go out front and smoke and don’t wash their hands afterwards. If you don’t like your job, quit! Whoever owns this store really needs to come in here and either retrain the entire staff and get rid of their rude attitudes or fire them all. They’re all...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited for someone to say hello, and a boys voice said that they were closed. As I was putting the car in drive, another voice came on and said how can I help you. So I asked are you open?? The first boy answered over the intercom no we are closed. Again the second boy got on and said can I help you? So again I asked if they were open or closed. The second guy said they were open followed by laughter in the background. I have a severe lettuce allergy and told them while placing my order. I asked for extra onion on my burritos. I had lettuce on my allergen tacos. And they gave me a cup of onions on the side. As well as no sauces. So I went around to ask for some sauces and to get my tacos fixed and the doors to the restaurant were locked despite a paper saying they close at 10. Today, I feel like I have food poisoning from the negligence this place put on my allergy safety. The people who were working last night were childish and had no obvious interest in doing their job. Allergies are serious and should be treated as so. If children are working at night, you should have a more adequately trained and stern managers on duty to help keep employees from acting immature. I will not go back to that taco bell, and I will forever let people I know that this particular location doesn't take people's health and...
