Lucky Dragon — Restaurant in Salem

If you want to spend a small fortune on orders that are not what the menu state, this is the place for you. I was extremely disapppointed with my order from this establishment. I ordered beef Terriyaki and they were so slim there was hardly meat on the stick, the Shrimp in Garlic had 3 very tiny shrimp in it, and the lo Mein was cold. I called right away and the restaurant could have cared less about my complaint. As an operator of a restaurant myself, firstly, I would not treat nor allow my team to treat patrons the way I was treated tonight nor would I allow them to dismiss any complaint. We are very used to chinese in the Woburn Area, and find chinese establishments in this area to be very skimpy and highly priced. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone nor will I order...

Generally, the place is never very busy, which I like. It's a very quiet place where you can get takeout or sit and relax.

The decor and interior is pretty spartan, which I also like. I like not having too many things around for me to distract me.

The staff are friendly enough and helpful.

Bathrooms are clean.

Food is good. Not great, but good. I got the South Winds (crab and shrimp with veggies), my partner got honey chicken and my mom got pork fried rice. The pork fried rice was the best.

Overall, a good spot to get quick takeout or to sit. Not too much to say about the place, I just like the vibe in here. Only thing is I wish it was a bit cheaper for what it is, but it is...

We just waited an hour and a half on a Monday for our order. A very rude young man finally pulled up with a soggy paper bag, said "sign this!", took our tip and left. When we opened the bag we found that ALL of the sauces had spilled into the food, and all of the containers were cracked , open, and leaking. We called Lucky Dragon, spoke with Amy and texted photos per her request. We explained to her that it looked as though everything fell out in the road or someone violently mishandled the bag. Amy advised she would not credit us but would give us our next order free of charge. We will not be ordering from Lucky Dragon again.
