Ryan A., our sleep expert, is likely the most genuinely helpful sales assistant I have had the pleasure of interacting with my entire life. My wife & I had actually purchased our mattress out of the Boston location exactly a month ago, but ultimately couldn't get used to the new mattress. So came here and immediately let Ryan know that we were really just trying on different mattresses to figure out our exchange. So Ryan knew he would not actually earn any commission for helping us. And of course when we had said the same thing a couple of days earlier at the other Mattress Firm in Salem, they looked at us like we were radioactive. But Ryan truly did not care. He spent nearly AN HOUR with us, showing not only a very deep understanding of how each mattress was made, and the true differences between them, but also actually LISTENED to our concerns and helped ultimately guide us to a perfect new mattress. He also took care of arranging the shipping exchange and the financials, which again we had been led to believe had to be done with the Boylston St. Boston location. The Boylston location, BTW, was also minimally helpful compared with Ryan. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and my wife and I felt extremely comfortable that we were guided to the best possible decision.
