WOW, what an experience! I drove by this fine establishment this evening on my way to my FORMER vape shop (Vape n Smoke 🤮) and I said to my boyfriend, "Oh my God... babe, did you see that place? It must be new?" We contemplated turning around and going there instead. Let's just say I wish we did, it would have saved me some time on this beautiful Friday night, because when I went to V n S, they STILL didn't have anything I wanted or what my bf needed. So we got in the car, disappointed, once again because we had another awful experience at this HOLE! But, jeez am I glad V n S didn't have what I wanted because it brought me to this family owned, family run shop. Talk about variety, from glassware to bars, to e-juice and mods and last but certainly not least... HOOKAHS and all of the accessories to go along with them. I was in my own best fantasy here, and that's not all folks...the price are reasonable, I learned a thing or 2 and best of all I was treated like gold. The customer service alone will bring me back here EVERY time, but the service was just the beginning. I recommend ANY- and EVERY- one go here and check it out yourself. I would say that everyone would find SOMETHING, ANYTHING they wanted! You will not regret the trip you make here! Go check it out today! Been smoking a very long time switched to vaping, which is been for about two years I use a mod been through so many different mods, disposable vapes, etc. etc. everything I thought I knew was learned from my BFF Google because every single vape store I’ve been to On Broadway, Salem, New Hampshire What’s an exception of a store directly across the street from this one? I get crickets when asked anything other than how much. The amount of money I have wasted on Crap I was told I should buy because I would like it. Better is incredibly idiotic of me. Today I found this store off of Google of course five stars across the board who wouldn’t come here and let me tell you Kris made me understand absolutely everything about my vape the juice coils everything in 20 minutes first person that actually wanted to make sure I was taken care of before I left the store. I understood what I was buying, which unfortunately is unheard of on Broadway Salem, New Hampshire, with an exception of one store directly across from his. I could write a book of my experience, but this place has anything you need if he doesn’t have it which one particular flavor he’ll have it for me the next time I come up who does that?? I came to this shop for the first time tonight after the shop a few businesses down didn't have any of the vapes I wanted & was super pushy. Omg the guy working, Alberto is absolutely AMAZING!! We had a lovely discussion about how much we love cereal flavored and scented products. He also volunteered to help me pick out a whole vape system (not even sure if that's what they're called lol) the next time I come in. I just started vaping and to be honest it can be intimidating going into a shop and not really knowing what you are wanting so I've always just purchased disposables. Other employees at the various shops I've been to have always been nice enough (albeit, some a bit pretentious), but this is the first one I've shopped at where I felt like the person helping me was truly excited about our conversation and about helping me pick products that I would enjoy. He needs a raise and I can't wait to come back soon!!
