Wish I could give this visit less than one star. Braum's, I am very disappointed in you and the management of this store. First strike was when asking for two #10's and ringing us up for a #10 and a cheeseburger meal. When we went back to the identify the mistake, they tried to charge us for the additional meal, the one they messed up on. After explaining to the "manager" (the same person that tried to ring us up twice now) how I was willing to pay any difference for the corrected meal, however I was NOT paying for the extra meal. She tried to tell me that she had to charge us for that meal because it couldn't be taken back to the kitchen... finally got it corrected as it should have been without the extra drama. Strike two; while trying to eat our meal, the employee sitting at the next table (during his break), was eating his meal and began to vomit into his fry container. Instead of excusing himself, the door was right behind him, he continued to vomit multiple times, at the table, into the same said fry container. Once he was able to compose himself he proceeded behind the counter to talk to coworkers and the "manager". After the conversation he returned to his seat and did not leave (strike three). This was the point we stopped eating, took our trash to the overflowing trashcan, and left. Thank you for your poor customer service, mismanagement, lack of health standards, disregard for the health of your patrons, and watching my weight by causing my family and I to leave without finishing our meals. Read moreTypically, you can have okay to great service at this location. That is why I gave it three stars. Some visits deserve 4-5 stars while others like my visit last night deserve 1 star. Here is my review of last night, but I must say that this isn't a typical experience for us.
Typically, this isn't a bad location. Last night, it was close to closing and no where near busy. To me, there was no excuse as to the conditions the ice cream section was in. Everything seemed to be absolutely filthy! The tops of the ice cream freezers, the shake mixers, the side of the frozen yogurt machine, the counter tops where the toppings are, and the front of the counters. I can understand a few dribbles here and there until someone is done helping customers, but the amount of "dribbles" all over the area was absolutely ridiculous. If that is how the ice cream section is kept, I don't want to think what the rest of the kitchen area looks like. On top of all that, my roommate asked for cookie dough and fudge ripple with marshmallow topping only; she got cappuccino and fudge ripple with marshmallow and nuts. Thankfully, my sundae was right. Read moreFirst time ever choosing Braums. The first issue was the cashier didn't input my order properly, thus, my sandwich was wrong. When I took it back up to get it fixed the cashier motorized inside heavily like I was the problem or like it was something that was going to put her out. She slowly took it to the manager who seem to be working harder than anyone else there and after I told them each three times the manager took it back to get work done so I went and sat back down in about 5 minutes later I still hadn't gotten it so I went back up to the counter and I believe I was forgotten because the manager looked up and saw me and that's when she started working on it again. When I received that one it was correct in the manager was apologetic but I didn't like feeling like since they didn't do their job properly but I was inconvenience and then after I reported that to them I was inconvenience having to wait so much longer so in all it took about 20 minutes for all my food to get out.
