Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Salina

I am extremely happy with my visit. Came here at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday May 13th. Lady at the window was super nice and very friendly. I got the Stacker large size with the fries and Pepsi. Everything was excellent. My fries were hot and crispy and my burger was fresh and juicy. First time ever eating at Freddy's I will definitely be back. Especially for that jalapeno fry sauce. That stuff was banging!

For dessert I got a double dish of the chocolate custard. No toppings or anything, I know boring but I really wanted to just try their custard since I've never had it before. I was very happy with it it was delicious chocolate flavor was excellent.

The worst experience I've had at any fast food service. This is a new location and I have to say it was a terrible experience. I'm a frequent customer at all the establishments ran under this management and this was just not acceptable when it comes to service. I felt like I was rushed to order, like my business didn't matter, not to mention the order was entirely wrong, and the attitude of the individual who helped me certainly was negative.
