Reprimanded by the front desk staff. The next appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and we waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Just seems un-fair and unreasonable. I didn’t yell at my doctor for taking way too much time helping other sick kids. If my children are sick and we need to come to a doctor the last thing I want to hear from the front desk worker is how much trouble it causes for being a few minutes late. I can’t speed on the highway. I am stressed enough with a sick baby, I don’t need the added stress of a stern talking too.

Also, this office seems to have zero flexibility in scheduling. I have called to change appointments that are 5 weeks out and there is nothing that can be done. Seems like they really need additional medical professionals. I might switch to a practice that has capacity to change appointments.

The doctor also gave my husband a worksheet on infant sleep. It recommended CIO...my baby is only 2 months old. They are way too young for CIO. Now my husband won't telling me how CIO is recommended. Going to Salina Pediatric is an amazing experience from the moment you step into their office. Their front desk staff is amazing, they make checking in and out quick and easy. Their waiting rooms are awesome, kid-friendly, and cute. The nursing staff are wonderful, kind, great with kids, and fun; they make the whole experience comfortable.
