McDonald's — Restaurant in Salina

First I will note that no fast food place will ever get a 5 star rating simply because the employees are not paid a living wage, eventhough pay has increased(with inflation has it really tho?) which detracts motivation and rightly so. They function primarily as a quick and cheap service which never can equate to quality. However, with this in mind and in other words if you are not completely oblivious to reality and how/why service from these places are a "get what you pay for" grading scale experience then this place really only has an easily overwhelmed(as in slow when busy) issue that I wouldn't be surprised is more due to being understaff and overworked but again that is only my speculation knowing that corporate greed only increases over time and the typical wide spread corporate strategy is to cut cost and labor to an extreme and barely sustainable level for as long as possible and when the place finally becomes unsustainable they discard people like they're nothing and either remodel and reopen or they relocate and thus the cycle repeats. MGMT was terrible. My combo meal was incorrect (missing ff), so I went to ask for some, as well as to have my big Mac remade so that the whole meal was hot when I ate it. The female middle aged manager talked to me for a moment, then I asked for a new soda also, because the ice was all nearly melted by the time I had it in my hands.the manager got rude and walked to the line without apologizing for any of it, and she attempted to not give me a new soda because I hadn't brought the cup in with me. I don't think my big Mac was even remade, so that I could have a hot burger and ff. Horrible service. Not only did she not remake my order as I had requested, after the initial time I talked to her about it, she did not speak to me one more time, kept her back to me the remaining time I waited for the order to be brought out as I had ordered it. No apology, no thank you for your patience, nothing except the cold shoulder. I am aghast that person is in a management position at any, let alone a fast food, restaurant. Horrible customer...

It's sad to say the McDonald's has lost the vision their menu has been stagnant now for a long time and the items that they've tried to add are things that have already been there just dressed up a little more and apparently they don't know how to price chicken nuggets because Burger King's blowing them off the map they've improved The Taste under nuggets some butt overall McDonald's used to be number one all the time and a lot of restaurant magazines in opinion polls now there's somewhere in between 5th and 10th all in part due to the upper management who comes to visit stores and stands over people with their hands crossed and they just do not do anything to better the restaurant don't lean on the billions and billions served thing that's been so old 4 years if McDonald's want to stay afloat they better start doing more in the preparation of new items for their stores because otherwise they're going to go way down the list a popular restaurants to go to Mark callicoat said that here in...
