The theme of our whole visit was rushed. Our family of 5 pulled to the drive thru to order. We said our first item and before we could say the next item the attendant hurriedly said “is that it?!” This proceeded with our next two items, when we finally said “we have a large order please allow us to place it all” the manager then cut in and apologized letting us know they’re in a race with one another. There was only one car ahead of us waiting on their food and no one behind us. When we went up to the window to pay the employee rushed through the transaction and hurriedly said move to stall one and closed her window abruptly, we stayed at the window stunned she reopened it and rudely said “move forward” my husband patiently asked what was the hurry there was no one else there. She then rudely told us she’s in a contest and is being timed on how fast they get cars through we needed to move. When we did get our food delivered to our car at the stall she had directed, it was the same employee delivering. She was in even more of a rush if that’s possible. My husband took me her that while she’s in a race we’re still a paying customer, to which she rolled her eyes and ran off. I’ve never had such an experience. Read moreWe self ordered using the kiosk. We were dining in so it requested we take a table tent whch we were to place at the end of the table. The cups were next to the kiosk where every human can touch them. He took one reluctantly, went to the fountain which was in dire need of being wiped down..soda water and ice covered everything.. got a drink and went to find a table. Needless to say all the tables except one and of course the two that were in use were not clean. He opened his big mac and half the top burger was missing. It had one pickle and looked like it went thru a shrink machine. It crumbled as he tried to eat it. I felt bad but I was smart. I ordered a caramel frappe which is always good. We really have not had a good experience since the remodel. Every order has been wrong or cold. Inside by the way has a cold unwelcomed feeling and this time I truly believe we are finished going there. I also miss the Red Box. It was one of the reasons we stopped in. Oh and I thought the reason for the tent was so they would bring the order to you but evidently not the case. They called our ticket order out then yelled out bigmac meal at the counter? ??? Ok. Read moreAll right here's my review on this McDonald's. this McDonald's keeps their food sitting for about a few hours and then serve it to their customers. My food that I just got was completely cold that cheese wasn't even melted and we had to heat it up in a microwave when we got home and it still didn't taste right because it was barely even cooked. So I called about my order because I was missing two burgers and all my food was cold. They said that they were going to fix my order and give me a whole new order. The guy I talked to called his assistant manager and they said that they could only replace the two burgers that were missing. I find that highly unacceptable. come to find out when my fiance and his friend brings back the burger the second time they have pepper on them which they are not supposed to do. I called for a second time and asked for the corporate number and they didn't have it on hand I had to look it up. I am not happy with this McDonald's and I will not be a customer here ever again. Thanks McDonald's for ruining my appetite once more. oh and plus I'm finding out that we could get food poisoning from this place because it looks like the mayonnaise is curdling...
