Rooster's Tavern — Restaurant in Salina

Didn't try any food. Was there for a patch in ceremony. It would be cool if there was more waitressing, because the bar is too small to support the crowd that was there. Or maybe even a secondary beer only bar, to stem the number of people waiting on drinks. That would also help with sales, as well as keeping fights...

They call it the “Cheers” of Salina. I call it the best chicken tenders and tender gizzards you can get anywhere close!

Did I mention the wings? Those are superb as well. The blue cheese is house made and creamy with that perfect BC twang without the globs.
