We went through the drive-through and wanted to order, but they made a initially made a mistake and we had to have them correct the number on the menu. Then when we wanted to pull wanted to pull up to the window they had us wait way back. They wanted to manipulate the time that we were waiting at the window so that they wouldn't have to be caught keeping us too long at the window. Then when we got to the window we paid and pulled around and found out that our order was wrong. Instead of 2 monster tacos we had two regular tacos. One of us got out of the car and had to go in and get the order corrected. Additionally we had to pay extra money because they had the receipt wrong. This was inconvenient and costly. When I did get the tacos they were greasy and you can look at the pictures to see just how greasy. Other Jack in the Box tacos are not this greasy. Not only that but I did not get taco sauce or napkins so I had very greasy fingers by the time I finished eating the tacos. Thank you Jack in the Box for that (That was facetious.).
I find their incompetence and deceit not a place I want to patronize. When they keep people waiting in the line without having them wait at the window, this manipulation not only hurts the public but also their own corporate Financial numbers and company. I've come by the drive thru at different hours, but although they are supposed to be open 24 hrs; they will claim they are on break and are unable to take your order until a certain time. Excuse I heard was, "My coworker is on break so we can't prepare any orders." When I asked if one person couldn't manage to make a breakfast sandwich, the employee said they needed to wait until their coworker came back. Sounds sketchy to me. They also always seem to make a mistake when preparing orders. Something is ALWAYS missing. And not worth the drive back. If you do happen to go back, they will offer no apology, ignore you, and treat you like a nuisance. They are all rude. Especially the manager. Apart from having no customer service.. Read moreI did a drive thru order that took 2 minutes to place and nearly 20 minutes for me to receive the order only to drive home and find that 90% of the order was incorrect & 5% of it was missing (& this was after me asking TWICE if I given everything before driving off)! In fact, the only thing correct with my order were the drinks and the slice of cheesecake.
Upon discovering the issue, I attempted to call the restaurant 8 times over the course of 2hrs with no success...in fact, I called another Jack-in-the-box to verify if I had the correct phone number; I did. At this point, I have NO intentions of going to this location again & have warned everyone I know to follow suit (which they have).
