I went in to purchase a new set of couches the couches that I liked weāre not gonna get here for another two weeks and they had advised me that I could take the display. I had reviewed the display couches and saw that they were an excellent condition and did not have any stains and were very well kept. That being said I decided to take those couches home the next day I went to their store they had the couches wrapped, but I noticed that the wrapping was dirty, I asked the young gentleman who wrapped the couches about the dirt on the wrapping, and they had said that the dirt was just from the outside, when I receive the couches at home and unwrapped them, I had noticed that there was stains on the couches and that the dirt was in fact, not just from the outside, but during the wrapping process, the couches were stained, I then proceeded to speak to the manager about this incident his name was BRADLEY DRUHOT , he started to argue with me and yell at me, telling me that itās not his problem and that itās my problem now because I have the couches, he was trying to blame me, telling me that I was the one who stained the couches, when I just had got them delivered. He later on tried to insist that he wrapped them himself personally when another employee stated that he was out of town during that time. I then told him that I didnāt want to speak to him anymore and would like to speak to the owner, due to Bradās hostility and unprofessionalism Then he proceeded to tell me that the owner does not want to speak to me or deal with me, he then decided to tell me that if I was looking for money, I wasnāt gonna get any money back. Then when I started to tell him, I didnāt want money back. I would just like somebody to come and clean the couches from the damages. They had cause he started to laugh and insist that I wanted money back, I continue to tell him that I wanted to speak with the owner as of a result of the insulting way he was treating me, and he just told me that he would tell the owner, but he doubt he wants to speak to me. This is an establishment that does not care about client care. They just care about commission. I would not recommend shopping here if you are looking for a helpful positive experience., and I wanted to write this review so other people donāt have to go through what I went through. Worst...

For the price point and the design aesthetics, the furniture fit what I was looking for - I was obviously concerned about the negative feedback. When I visited the Salinas store I expressed my concerns right away - the sales staff were very accommodating and respected my concerns. One big lesson I learned from the reviews was the misperception, misunderstanding, and possible deception between the buyer and the sales staff. I made sure I understood what was exactly included (itemized), how much the price was, the probability of it being backordered, delivery process, who I contacted if problems, and anticipated date of delivery. I misunderstood a few things and they did as well but by the final sale, the order/purchase/delivery date was flawless. Delivery came as scheduled with an advanced notification. Delivery staff were professional and well prepared. A tip was given to the two delivery staff - well deserved!
I spoke with the store manager Hector. It is a bummer and unfortunate that his store review ratings are so low - I told him that I am sure there are plenty of good ratings that are not posted. Buyers tend to only post bad experiences - I don't disagree with the bad experiences but just make sure your expectations and order are clear - review detail of your order - price, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and delivery.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy mom and I went into the Ashley home store in Salinas yesterday to buy a lift chair for my dad. He has been very sick and canāt stand up without help. I have been the one to help him stand up and get into his wheelchair and then into bed. Over the last week he has become so weak that there have been 3 days where I couldnāt get him up out of his chair so Iāve had to call 911 to come help me get him into his wheelchair and into bed. My mom and I decided that we needed to buy a lift chair to help me get him into his wheelchair so that heās not bedridden 24/7. We found a chair at Ashley that was perfect, but it would take 2 weeks from the warehouse. Ryan, the manager was very helpful and offered to let us buy the floor model so that we could get it quicker. Then we found out that the next delivery date was this Thursday. They promised to try to get it to us sooner so that my dad wouldnāt have to be bed bound. They called us this morning and said THEY COULD DELIVER IT TODAY!!!! To say that we were blown away is an understatement!! Thank you to Ryan (store manager), Alex (sales associate) and Nikki for contacting the delivery team to help this happen, and of course the delivery team for fitting us in and being so amazing!!!!
