I will never go back here, and I suggest you do the same. I guarantee most of the positive reviews you see on here are fake. They are scammers they don't know how to fix your phone, they take forever, they are rude, they never seem to have any parts in stock you have to pay the special order everything, they're overpriced, and they have no customer service skills. I am appalled, I am a single mother who can barely afford my phone bill in the first place, I took my phone there because I was referred to a different location of theirs, I thought I'd give them a chance. They use cheap crappie glass on my phone and tried to tell me it was premium glass for $10, we all know that's a lie no premium product is going to only cost $10. They didn't install it right one side was raised, and within a few hours it was broken again and I had not dropped it or anything. Although upon speaking to the manager, I was told "we all know glass doesn't just break on his own, and we do not cover physical damage that you cause to your phone"..... I could maybe understand that if it hadn't been installed incorrectly. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will not be returning to this store..

UPDATE: Now they are liars as well as swindlers, the PART may not have been the problem, but if that is so, then it was FAULTY WORK. And they would be honest to warranty THEIR WORK, rather than just the product itself. There...

This place is an absolute joke. I came in to get my screen replaced, and ever since they “fixed” it, the screen would randomly go black, the phone would freeze for minutes, and pressing down on the screen made it feel like it was coming loose. Clearly, it wasn’t installed right from the start.

Yesterday, while working, my phone got a little wet in my pocket — not soaked, just damp. Now the phone vibrates, I can hear Siri, everything else works — except the screen THEY just installed a week and a half ago. It’s completely black and unresponsive.

I walked in and explained everything, thinking they’d own up to the crappy job they did. Instead, I was met with a smug attitude and told, “That’s not our problem.” No apology, no accountability — just straight-up gaslighting. The guy had the nerve to say he’d fix it again, but only if I paid a second time. And when I asked if he’d at least check the new screen before making me pay, he said no — I’d have to pay upfront, no guarantees. Unbelievable.

I work 3 jobs and serve part-time in the National Guard. I don’t have time or money to waste on shady businesses that don’t stand by their work. The way I was treated was disrespectful, disgusting, and straight-up scummy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else — these people don’t care about you, your time, or the quality...
