Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Salinas

A drive-thru order while we were going from Salinas to Sacramento, the order was done right! We had special orders with no sauce, no side orders, and no fries. Everything in our bag was correct, and everything on our sandwiches that we ordered special was correct. I especially like that my sandwich had no sauce, which most fast food places get incorrect 95% of the time . The drive-through personnel seemed efficient and we got our order placed quickly and processed just as quickly. I like that everything outside the Jack in the Box was clean and orderly the landscape bushes were trimmed nicely and everything looked professionally done. Although we didn't go inside to use the restaurant and we couldn't see how the inside of the restaurant was, everything outside looked fine. The personnel at the window not only were professional, they were courteous and friendly. Our money was processed correctly and are change was done right. I would not hesitate to go back there again. I have to add, when I ate my sandwich I really enjoyed it because it tasted so good. My recommendation: if you're around this Jack in the Box, nothing could be better than to go ahead and buy something...

930pm time frame. Only drive through is open. Lots of cars. 15 minutes to reach the speaker. 10 minutes pass with no service. I'm ok with this as there are still vehicles in front of me waiting. Another 10 minitues go by and the cars in front of me clearly get helped. I start to ask for assistance. No reply. 5 minutes. There are no more cars. I walk up to the window. They tell me their system was down and they'll help me out soon. Waiting. They finally help. They're out of the item (popcorn chicken) I wanted. I order something else. Initially, I was only going to rate my experience on their survey website complaining about the lack of customer service until...!

Another person ordered online. I tell them that one of the items was what I initially wanted but they were out so they might be somewhat disappointed. We arrive and the wait is much more bearable. They acknowledge the order. I comment about how amazing it is they received a shipment withing the past hour and a half. I'm perfectly fine if they found it "offensive" given their discontent in handing over the food. And I'm pretty sure they lied yet again about running out of their flimsy cup holders in what may be a...

When I arrived, there was only one lady working. She was attending everything. The floors were filthy , the dining area was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting. There was so much graffiti everywhere. The lady was cooking and working the cashier. I didn't see her wash her hands while she changed from cashier to cook. My order was missing items. The food had a bad taste. Fortunately I didn't get sick. Another employee showed up before I left, but he didn't bother to sweep or clean the restaurant. He didn't greet the customers in line either. A pretty rude guy. I love Jack in the box but this one in particular is a dump. I'm not impressed at all with this restaurant. Maybe everyone called off that day. Nevertheless, the bathroom looked unattended for weeks because of all the graffiti, lack of soap, toilet paper. I wanted to order more food but was disgusted. I only bought tacos and a few other things I paid for were missing. I wish this place the best and more responsible employees. I won't return here. Good luck, get your employees trained on customer service and clean the bathroom...
