Starbucks — Restaurant in Salinas

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too terrible customer service tried to make me pay extra for a little bit more almond milk. I want less coffee and more milk and you want to charge me? This is ridiculous so I walked in after I went through the drive-thru and they gave it to me with no problem. The end result is the wrong brew of coffee thats now too cold because they didn't pour the hot coffee over the almond milk like any barista with a brain would. 👍

Since they've reopened after construction everything I've gotten from the Starbucks has been ruined they handed me a venti frappuccino that was 3/4 of the way full and I asked why it wasn't all the way full so they took it back made me wait 10 minutes when they have a line full of people to give me the same drink that they just re Blended and on the bottom there are huge chunks of what I'm hoping is soy milk but I'm not sure and I don't drink or eat dairy the person who didn't make my drink assured me that it's not dairy but my question is why they didn't just remake the drink instead of blending the one that they'd already made incorrectly and then handed it back to me so full that it was spilling all over my hands and inside my car and on my pants was that for punishment because I asked for it to be full? Awful customer service!

Emily helped us out and she was not friendly at all. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I simply asked for my drinks to be made with crushed/blended ice. Emily stated they only had one type of ice and would not make it blended or crushed. I pulled up to the window to pick up my refreshments and Emily was having a conversation with a coworker on how any other starbucks would make it blended or crushed ice but they will not. This conversation was literally wide open so everyone could hear it including us all the way to inside our vehicle.

Emily wouldn't even make eye contact while helping us out. Awful customer experience and would not consider coming back to this location any time soon.

I really loved visiting this Starbucks on my way out of town. You'd think is was just another nothing special Starbucks location, but don't judge a book by is cover. I was in line waiting to order a drink for my wife and I while heading out if town. I couldn't help but be amazed at this Manager's love and care he had for every single customer. You could tell he was genuine and he truly wanted to make their experience top-notch. He helped solve issues and took his time, the customers that he helped left smiling and happy.
