This Bojangles is a disgrace to Bojangles everywhere and needs to be shut down. The past 10 times we have come here there has been a problem. Waiting 30 minutes with only 3 people in line in the drive thru, food is old, order is wrong and most importantly these people are RUDE!!!! I sat in the drive thru one day and waited for over 30 minutes on food, once I finally got it I had to go inside obviously because the order was wrong and then was treated like trash once inside. These people that work here are racists against white people and I've noticed it quite often with not only myself but how they treat the other customers. BUT here's the icing on the cake: I've been sitting in the parking lot now for over 30 minutes waiting because my husband was overcharged last time we came here by $33.96. This was 3 weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it so here we are again wasting time at this disgrace of an establishment. After today this is the LAST TIME we will ever come to this place. Folks go to the Bojangles on Peeler Rd or the one in China Grove and I promise you will not be disappointed. You will be treated with respect and the food is always good!!!!
To Sondra at this location- you are a hard worker and the ONLY ONE there that is working. Sondra was the one my husband talked to about getting a refund and if it wasn't for her it would never have happened. While he was in there waiting to speak to her she was the only one working.. taking orders, answering the phone and cooking! To the owner of this location get Sondra some help! Read moreOkay, I hate giving bad reviews especially a place that I used to go a lot. So the past eight times I've been to this Bojangles five of them have been disasters. Including the last four two of which I had to be issued refunds. Always the same problem waiting on chicken or cooking chicken. I understand this is a chicken place and cooking chicken is what they do but five problems four of them in a row all of which had to do with my food not being ready when it should have been. And I'm not talking 5 or 10 minutes I'm not that type of person. We're talking food that was ordered an hour ago and should have been ready at least within approximation of when they said it would be ready. I love Bojangles and used to go here at least once a week. All of the other Bojangles are a little too far away so unless I'm in the area of another Bojangles it looks like it's going to be a long time before I'm able to get their chicken again. I've given this place plenty of time to redeem themselves and every time they put another nail in the coffin. Read moreI came here around 12 and ordered. They said it’s going to be about 15 mins for the chicken to come up and I said ok. I waited and waited in the parking lot but when I looked at the clock it was 12:35. I’ve noticed that a lot of people were getting their orders so I figured they forgot about me and I called to asked if my order was ready. The lady on the phone said it’s coming and as I hung up a guy with long hair gave me the food. He was very friendly. He said that they ran out of big boxes and as he was handing me the individual boxes he told me what was inside them. When I got home I noticed that the dark meat was room temperature while the white meat was hot so I’m assuming it was fresh. I think they packed the dark meat ahead of time in the bag instead of packing it and letting it sit in the warmer until it was time.
Reading other people’s reviews I agree that the service is slow. If you’re going to tell me that it’ll be 15 mins I expect the food be ready around that time, not no 30 mins. The staff seemed friendly though and the food was ok. Maybe when they have a bigger staff the service will be faster.
