Taco Bell — Restaurant in Salisbury

Went drive through during lunch. Had to wait a long time. Got the Crunchwrap meal with the taco. Checked my bag of food only had my Crunchwrap and no taco that is supposed to be with it. So drove back around again to tell them nicely that we didn’t get the taco. Drive thru black lady was practically already having attitude at us saying “NO I put it in there. I know I put it there.” So I showed her the Crunchwrap and the inside of the bag. She rolled her eyes at us. And plus the Starry drink that I got was flat. So went back again. And manager was being professional and polite and told us that she fixed the soda for us. So only good thing about this place is ONLY THE MANAGER. Who had to correct her crew team members mistake. We will definitely not be coming back to this specific location. And I hope and pray that the manager does get new crew members to actually do their jobs properly and professionally. If your customer is coming at you with attitude then I understand. But if they AREN’T coming at you with attitude then be respectful. I know for a fact it was a simple mistake, like forgetting a taco, simple no need to start giving me attitude. Hands down the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Management and crew were yelling and cussing at each other. Waited inside 40 minutes for our food after we ordered then heard a manager yell "don't worry about the people in the lobby, they can wait. Deal with drive through." Confronted them and was told our food would be made right away. 20 more minutes and a lot of staff yelling at each other later we left with our food. Went home and realized literally every item in the order was wrong or missing. Returned with our food. Crew started laughing and told us that we should have known better when it took so long and that we should have taken our money to a different restaurant. Insert more staff yelling and cussing at each other and fighting over how to treat us. They finally gave us our food for free. . . 2 hours and the most drama I've ever seen go down. It was surreal. They need to close this place down for a week or two, clean house, train staff, get fully staffed,...

The female Manger (she said she was the manger) was very rude. 2070 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28147 I was waiting on my order for over 30mins being patient AFTER 30mins I came to check the status of the order. She made a remarked about her not caring that im waiting. At this time i havent said anything, people that came after me already recieved their order. Again I was just checking on the status. After she made a remark again, i said "im just as important ".
