My Wife and I went to the Capri Seaside Italian Kitchen for a date night. Our waitress Stacey was very friendly and accommodating. We started with a beverage, My wife had a Ruby Red Cosmo and I was driving soooo ginger ale. Stacey told us to relax, enjoy our drinks and take our time ordering. We took her advice and started with the white mussels. They came out excellent!! No grit all shells open with a fat mussel in each one! Nice light lemon garlic white wine sauce with crostinni on top. Also coming before the meal was a small basket of fresh bread w sun dried tomato dip..yummy!! For our main courses my wife had shrimp scampi w linguine. 6 huge well seasoned butterfly shrimp in a delicious garlic shallot lemon wine sauce. I had the veal francaise with a lemon white wine butter cream sauce over lemon parmesan risotto. It came with sauted broccolini. Both meals were excellently prepared. We were impressed with the quality of the ingredients, service and most importantly taste. Shrimp were tender. Risotto was creamy and smooth. My wife finished her meal.Stacey jokingly asked if she wanted a box for the 6 strands on linguine. I took home a nice piece of veal and some risotto. Saved room for dessert. They have a nice variety of cakes and Italian pastries. We chose a piece of tuxedo cake. It was a chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting and some white thin lines of frosting in the layers, paired that with a nice cup of coffee. Dining experience was a little over 2 hours. Nice and relaxed. Bill came to $112 w25%tip so $140 soup to nuts Would highly recommend this restaurant and staff. They are Open Weds though Saturday4 to 9pm. Sunday 4 to 8 pm

This restaurant was an unexpected delight. We were going to the Blue Ocean Music Hall for a performance that night and we made reservations for dinner at the restaurant which is right across the parking lot. Our performance was at 8 pm and we got reservations for 5:30 pm. The dining room was spacious and bright. That said, our meal was outstanding which included signature cocktails, appetizers, garden dinner salad, entrees and a homemade bread service that included and amazing cheesy marinara EVO concoction. My signature cocktail was the Berries and Cream Whoopie which had a mini lemon Whoopie pie garnish on the rim and very much tasted like dessert. We ordered the Burrata Caprese and Antipasto as appetizers and both were excellent. The Antipasto came with a perfect selection of cheese and meats and accompaniment which included fig jam and olives. My entree was the Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta which was cooked perfectly. The three of us were too full to try the desserts on display when you walk in but they look delicious as well. Our server, Emily was amazing and provided great descriptions and recommendations for our dining experience. This restaurant would be a great choice at any time and you need to go to the music hall to give it a try. I highly recommend it.

Cold food! Took Mom out for my last night in town. Took 45 minutes to get COLD fried calamari appetizer. Sent it back. They offered to make another, but we decided to order our mains since app took so long. I ordered 16oz prime rib end cut with loaded baked potato and baked stuffed shrimp ($50) and Mom ordered chicken & eggplant parmesan combo. My end cut prime rib came out cold to the touch and Mom's dish came out lukewarm with the cheese not even melted. At this point I decided to speak to a manager, something I never do. Manager, came out I explained the situation, she was unapologetic. Asked if I had an end cut, to which I asked, "Are the end cuts here supposed to be served cold?" Disappointed. tldr: Service was fine. Food could be great if they served it hot. Management doesn't care. 👎 Won't be back.

Been there many times. Very inconsistent. The last time I went will probably be my last. We had reservations for 8 people. The waitress we had wasn’t very attentive or professional. They set the table with 2 drink and 2 special menus. The waitress came over to take our drink orders before I even had my chance to look at the menu. Someone handed me the menu and the waitress stood there almost glaring at me I felt the pressure and just picked something. Then I asked the waitress if we could split the bill up. She said no because she already took the drink orders. That really irritated me but I let it go. Then I found out my sister had asked the same thing and she was the second to order. When they brought our drink and was ready to take our meal orders my cousin not knowing I already asked about splitting the bill asked again. This time she said she would check with a manager. I spoke up and said I will pay for all the drinks just do the meals separately. At that point she said she would split the bill. She used it being busy as an excuse not to split the bill and why it was taking so long. Normally when I go out with a big party the waiter or waitress would ask up front if it was 1 bill or separate. That was just the start of a bad experience. The bread came out about the same time as out order. 1 couple ordered 2 pizza and when the server delivered them he just pretty much dropped them on the table not even in front of the people who ordered them. Then my meal came out which was a surf and turf special prime rib and baked stuff shrimp. The prime rib was huge and I’m thinking things are turning around! But then I cut into it. It was the toughest piece of meat that I’ve ever had. With out exaggeration a couple time I thought I was going to choke trying to swallow it. The shrimp was in a baking dish and sat in 1/2 of water which tells me it was frozen shrimp. When we were done a couple people took boxes and when the waitress put my sister in laws food on the table she did it so hard that the food splattered on her. She didn’t even apologize. I waited a few eels to write this review because I didn’t want to write it while I was angry and hate trashing local businesses. But ever since Covid everyone uses being short handed as an excuse. I for one am sick of getting subpar food as horrible service and hearing excuses especially since everyone has raised their prices. I would expect them to also raise their standards if they want us to pay premium prices. If you are going to give bad service and bad food lower the prices. Give us...

What is going on here! The last few visits very recently have been disappointing in some way w/everyone within our party having issues w/something. Overpriced $15+ cocktails served in 4 oz martini glasses are very inconsistent, especially last night having to return 3 drinks within 2 rounds and 2 others needed doctoring up (5 martini's off). The espresso martini tasted like watered down ice coffee, worst I've ever had and $16.50, really?! If you're going to charge almost the amount of a meal, then you better be spot on! Every time now we have to "ask" for bread and dip which too is not as good as it used to be, all noticing. Eggplant parm - tasteless, lacking sauce and mushy, ugh... Francaise was off a little w/flavor, which we got the last time being very good. This is one of our fav places but we will not waste $ on cocktails in the future, wine is a safer bet and hopefully the entree's will be better executed. Not sure if management has become complacent w/cking on cocktail quality or bartender performance and food leaving the kitchen but a checkin is needed. Update to owners response: Now this is a class act, professionalism, and I dare say what maturity looks like by not being defensive which can be very easy to do w/reviews. Thank You for hearing me! This response makes me want to give another opportunity and have hope things...
