I give 4 stars to elm st Salisbury ma because I know the staff work hard, and without them the place wouldn’t be open especially during rough times. But the girl working in drive thru taking orders seemed like she was bothered and sounded like I may have woke her up and ended up getting my order wrong... and I thought dunkin employees couldn’t say, ‘anything else’ although she said it quite a bit... these employees should all be trained the same and taken a personality test before they get hired... Read moreThe whole building is very unsanitary. It took at least 30 minutes to get my order. Got the drinks within 5 minutes but they completely forgot to make the wraps. Upon asking for a refund, I was told they couldn't give me one so I ended up waiting for the wraps anyways. They were good but definitely not worth 30 minutes of my time. The only thing I can say is that the dark haired lady that took my order in the first place was an absolute sweetheart and she deserves to be recognized for the only one with a good attitude. Read moreIt was pretty terrible to be honest but I want it to be clear that it is not the employees fault. When you hire absolute bottom of the barrel employees and shove them into an environment where you can get 20+ orders in 10 minutes youre setting your team up for failure.
