Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Salisbury

This place is kind of a disaster. Walked in at 130 pm and there were like 10 people in front of us (ok no big deal we are pretty patient) so we just waited. Enter the curly blonde girl at the register who thought she was a real jokester putting a brown to-go bag on her head and over her face. Of course everyone laughs except me because I watched her do exactly what I thought she was going to do...yup you guessed it. She folded it back up and put it with the rest of the bags. Then she proceeded to give it to a customer to put their food in 🤮 gross. We proceed to order and then the "funny girl" would not let my boyfriend work the card machine and called another lady over who proceeded to try every which way to scan his card except the right way (leave the chip in until it authorizes). My boyfriend finally took his card back and guess what...it worked! Crazy 🤯. Last thing, I get it was busy but the girl with the bag or the other two just standing there could have been useful and wiped down some tables. Not a single table was clean to eat at. Food...delicious but service...trash. the guys making the sandwiches...mad props for not losing their cool on those chicks and actually paying attention to the customers. Only reason there was 3...

Wow don’t go here what ever u do. I am a subcontractor for door dash and this location is worst place I have ever picked up from. The manager had a bad attitude from moment I went in and it turned ugly when she realized the order I came for was pick up but wrong person instead of handling it Appropriately she actually yelled at me in front Of customers and then when they did not have the sodas that one with the order she told me oh well get out of my store and therefore the customer I was there to handle was not service properly and was charge for soda she did not receive She said from now on door Dashers need to handle all problems on their own and said we worked for them I corrected her and said we were subcontractors and there’s only so much we can do from the app considering we do not handle money from either the company or the purchaser. When you pay over twenty bucks for a sandwich and a drink you kind of expect it to be better than Subway. Unfortunately that is not the case here. Why everybody needs to go into the back room and have a chit chat while you're order's being made doesn't exactly fill oneself with confidence either. The sandwich was terrible and I couldn't even finish it. With another sub shop literally within viewing distance of this location you'd think they'd put a little effort in. Maybe hire just one grown adult to manage the place and I bet things would turn around. These kids just aren't cutting it. As for myself, I can't understand why this place has 4 stars.
